Aircert is a very professional, thorough, and accommodating company. The technician they sent out , Ethan, was very knowledgeable, and professional. He was also very respectful of our home. He explained, in detail, the entire process, and the time required to complete it. Then before leaving, he explained the next steps in the process of checks and balances with the county. He left a company ladder because we did not own the type the county inspectors preferred, and came back to our home on the day of the county inspection because neither my husband nor myself is permitted to lift anything over a certain weight, and that ladder is heavy! This is a company that goes above and beyond for its clients, and ensures you fully understand, and receive all documentation required.
