WOW! I just wish I could give Arthur & Desi more than 5 Stars! From the 1st phone call, Arthur was pleasant & knowledgeable. Both men came on time, explained as they went & did their work so professionally. I can not recommend this Company enough & will use them for all my future AC/ HEATINNG needs. As I told Arthur I would write; CLONE these guys! lol But seriously if all service/ craftsmen worked like these guys, there would NEVER be a complaint! I am highly impressed with Arthur, My AC was getting hotter and by 7:30pm the house reached 81 so I put in a claim to my home warranty. After it being dispatched to Atlas I called the number to see how many days it might take to get someone out because my disabled daughter needs a cooler house. Since he was on the way to a call already he informed me that he had a flashlight if needed and he would be out right afterwards. He was at my house before 8:30pm, assessed my AC unit, repaired a few things and we were set. Not only did he go above and beyond to get to us on an evening, he was very nice, explained the repairs and saved us from the upcoming high temperatures. Highly recommend and I definately will use this company in the future. Thank you so very much!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. 24 days without AC, first technician LIED about what was wrong, and now they are avoiding my phone calls. PATHETIC excuse for a company. Would not recommend
