The tech who came to our home was super respectful of everything in our home. Our small child had a hard night of sleep and was taking a morning nap in the main room the tech needed to be in and took the extra moment or two to slow down and get their job done as close to silently as possible, and my child didnt wake up until after they left. I couldn't thank them enough for how efficient, professional, and patient they were.

The two installers that came to my house you seem to do a really good job very pleasant very professional. I like what they did as far as what I can see up in the attic will only know in a few years how well the job is I don’t know I assume it’s good but I ain’t going up there to check. But the extra airflow in my house with the extra register in my master bedroom and the extra return air in the hallway seems to make a great difference and we will find out this summer

Justin came out and did an inspection on my soon to be new home. Professional and polite. Came out on short notice. Will definitely use Justin when we need service.

We called Conrad Mechanical to work on our air conditioner and are very glad we did. His price was very good and his charge for topping off the refrigerant was much better than other places we called; one wanted $300 for the first 3 pounds, he charged us $40 a pound, although this may have changed by the time you read this. (Don't you love inflation?) We'll definitely be calling him when we need our AC or heater checked out. We're very happy with the service we got.

This was the best experience with an hvac service I've ever heard of. My ac went out right at the start of summer. Justin came out and replaced it quickly before it hits 100 next week. He was fast, knowledge and we'll priced. I'll never go anywhere else.
