The owner Trace has done work on my units for years. He has provided a service with attention to detail on all my equipment. I will always call Cen-cal first.

Needed help with my unit at the last minute during the summer. Trace was very quick to respond and fit me in to his schedule. I don’t know anything about air conditioning and he explained to me everything he was going to do, what he did, and more. He made the whole process extremely simple and I had cold air again the same day. Thank you, Cen-Cal! My dogs and I appreciate all of your hard work.

Trace is dependable and one of the few in town with sincere integrity. He is definitely the man to call if you have any air conditioning or refrigeration related needs. He is a very smart guy with a big heart who you can depend on giving you an HONEST evaluation of whatever the issue might be. I have a lot of gratitude for this this man for all the help he has given me.

We had Trace (owner) install mini splits at our house. Absolutely best thing we invested in. Our bedrooms are always very comfortable. Trace was quick, clean, professional and friendly. He did such an awesome job, that when the whole house air conditioner went on the blink we had him back to install a new unit! He will always be our go to guy! Definitely can not go wrong using Cen-Cal mechanical!

My experience was that when I called, the office was closed. They had different hours every time I called. When they did return my text, she said I am at an appointment right now. Give me your formation. I will call you back."With all that, she couldn't help me at all even with my cooler still being new and still under warranty they were charging me $159.00 per hour .

Awesome service friendly staff and reliable equipment for rent recommend them to everyone

First time dropping off at this facility if your a driver an have a schedule be aware even if you call in advance an advised them you’ll be there first thing in the morning they will lie to you say that it’s fine . Allegedly they have safety meetings while there just smoking an talking outside . I took a picture of my phone with the facility to show we have already been waiting 27mins for them . An writing this post is already 6:31am want the work advisers to be aware that the people they have working for them are getting paid to do nothing at least this review will help the public an other truck drivers aware of the facility! The guy was also rude in the video , an was disrespectful because I asked for. A supervisor. Advice .

Owner answered all my questions, gave me options, told me when they would be there, and were there when we needed help. It was 103 and 4:00 pm and they were there to help the next day. Found out that his phone automatically goes to Owners Cell, he answered when he was in San Antonio visiting his Son that is in the UNITED STATES AIR FORCE! A Viet Nam Veteran himself! Proud to have used a man of great values!

I’ve know Steve for many years. They are honest trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I also remember he was a good paintball player. So in conclusion from fixing your A/C to lighting you up on the paintball field “Steve/Custom Aire” are my go to’s when I need heating or cooling services.
