Casey, my technician, was professional, courteous, and helpful. Once they actually arrive for your appointment, everything is great. Sometimes getting an appointment scheduled and kept can be a problem.

Liz Landers is another excellent tech for All Heart. She is the first tech we've had that showed us pictures of the system and how it's running. Also recommended we have a part that's pretty dirty cleaned on our next check up.
She can come back anytime! Very nice woman!

Ruben came out and flushed and inspected our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he did to the unit to get it working. Shortly after he left the water heater turned off again but he was back the next day and took care of us. I couldn't have been more pleased with his work and I will be asking for him when i need my heating and cooling unit serviced or repair. I will be happy to recommend him and all heart heating and cooling to my friends and family for all their needs! Thank you again Ruben for all your work!

Ruben from All Heart heating and cooling was amazing. He was very respectful of us and our house. Without asking, he put on boot covers to make sure he didn't drag anything into our house. He took the time to change a setting on my thermostat to work the way I wanted to. All Heart always goes above and beyond. Could not ask for more.

I have used All Heart for the past six years and I have always found them to be professional, very trustworthy, and just simply great to work with. My questions are always answered and I am given options as to when something needs to be done that I was not expecting. With the expense of replacing the H/Vac unit for my house I find it reasonable to maintain and keep it operating well for as many years as possible. That is why I highly recommend this company.

Adrian was the best. His customer service was outstanding. He took our stress level from a 10 to a 2 with his knowledge and in depth technical explanation of what was wrong with our old unit. His explanation of the replacement unit options made picking the best choice easy. We called All Heart on a Friday during a heat wave, Adrian the service tech showed up 8 am Saturday and our new replacement HVAC will be delivered and installed Monday 👌. Now that's Superb top notch service.
