Richard is an amaazing customer service professional. He also clearly knows what he's doing! Seriously, I can't remember the last time I had such wonderful service! Professional, friendly, kind. He explained things so clearly! Wow this guy deserves a raise AND a bonus!

Always professional, respectful and friendly. They throw a mat at the front door and wipe their feet before entering my home. I think that's so thoughtful. They work clean and neat. I never have to clean where they work, after they leave. Always informative, and explain everything they do. All together a super 5 star. Thank you!

Daniel Moreno from Allheart was awesome, he took care of the maintenance for my air conditioner unit and furnace, he changed the filters and took all the trash with him. He also took the opportunity to let me know about new services such as plumbing and water filter unit for the house. I’ve been a customer with All Heart since 2020 and the service has been consistently amazing!

The All Heart Tech Bryson showed up on time and was ready to perform the job. He got right to work was very professional, booties on shoes every time inside the house. He performed maintenance the heating system and inspected the A/C system and water heater taking pictures to discuss his findings. I have not a lot of experience in repairs and maintenance on systems of this sort and the cost to fix some issues was a bit of a shock but in the end, I know I received a professional fix (which is covered by warranty), and I believe you get what you pay for. Overall, I am impressed by this company and the techs I have dealt with.

Mr. Brock the All Heart technician, took him time and went above and beyond in assisting me, in getting the appt that was obsolete for the Bosch to the new one, I can’t explain/Express gratitude to Mr. Brock in the All Heart❤️ company. This is a company that I choose to stay with. Thank you again for hiring Mr. Brock when I’m looking to hiring folks he’s definitely a keeper. You guys got to him first before me.!

Casey was really nice and easily figured out right away what our issue with our system was and fixed it super quick. Also did our pre winter inspection while he was already here. We are so thankful that we went with All Heart last year. Everyone on their staff is amazing, and they all love our dog!

Casey is an amazing technician. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He checked out our heating system and have us various levels of quotes on current fixes and things to think about in the future.

Man what can I say our decision to use all heart was a great one. Same day service at a fraction of the price as holders and a couple other shops. Danny our technician was on par 100% from being very detailed and informative, he even wore boot socks and laid down rugs to keep the mess down. I wouldn't hesitate to call heart for any of your hvac needs. I was very impressed from start to finish.

Elizabeth arrived on time, greeted me by name and asked how I was doing. She was efficient, explained everything in language I could understand and answered my questions. This was her second visit to our home and I will be requesting her to come back for our next prepaid service

Casey Davis he was very professional and very friendly. He did not give us the run around. He was to the point and told us exactly what was goin on and even gave us a very fair quote. He even took the time to go through the entire air duct throughout the house and even checked on our hvac. When we call you guys again I will request Casey Davis. We appreciate his hard work.

Great service, knowledgeable technicians. Elisabeth is great. I love the yearly maintenance package to service my AC and furnace twice a year. I’ve used All Heart for years for all my heating and air needs. From installing a new AC unit, furnace and ducts to installation of a smart thermostat. I’ve always received professional service, that is quick and efficient.

I rarely write reviews, but All Heart scheduled an appointment for me, and my AC was fixed on the same day I reached out to them. Ruben, the technician, was exceptional and a lifesaver! I was a first-time customer, and I’ll definitely be returning for ongoing maintenance.

Flavio was exceptional! I opened the door and there was already a smile on his face. He was communicative and explained his process upfront. When I had questions, he took his time to walk me through them. He was thorough on cleaning and examining our almost 22 year old system. We will be receiving a 6 month follow up appointment with our system maintenance, and I really hope I’ll be able to request Flavio to be our technician again! Thank you for a great experience.

Devon came out today and was able to fix our AC/Furnace unit. Two other companies came here and told us we needed to replace the unit. Devon was able to answer every question we had. No need to ever call anyone else

After taking with a few other AC companies and getting quotes to replace my evap coils, there was no doubt in my mind that Hillcrest was the company I wanted to go with. Their bid was the most competitive, I had a sense/feeling they were the most honest, and they communicated during the whole process.

Quick, professional installation of my new A/C unit. Rolan and Sandro were very friendly and answered all my questions after setting up the system and new smart thermostat

The tech was very competent in explaining each step that was taken and even showing a video of the damage to the coil. The office personnel was able to contact the manufacturer for us to secure a full warranty for the failed part. This was done within 24 hrs of the service call. The repair work was started and completed the next business day. This kind of customer service is seldom seen anymore. Very, very pleased to have Hillcrest HC to handle the problem for me. They will be my first choice from now on for heating and A/C needs.

I had a new split system AC/heating unit installed in my home last summer. They just came out and inspected it, and I have to say the technician was very knowledgeable and kind and caring. I wouldn't use anyone but Emcor/Hillcrest for any of my AC or heating needs. They get 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks for a job well done...
