We needed to replace our 29 year old residential HVAC system and scheduled estimates from a few companies, referred to us by friends and neighbors. One of the referrals was Emcor Hillcrest. Amber was our first contact and she was very friendly and professional, and arranged for Steve to come to our home to inspect the existing system and provide an estimate. Steve explained clearly the type of equipment recommended and what to expect throughout the process. We could not be happier with our choice to contract with Emcor! It was only a matter of a few days and Sandro, Dustin, and Bud came to begin work installing the new system. They worked so hard and were very efficient, friendly, and competent! We were truly impressed with the entire Emcor team and their operation. The process went very smoothly and we especially appreciated the outstanding communication from Steve and the installation team! We are extremely grateful to them for making our experience so satisfying! Thank you Emcor!

Excellent service, the technicians were on time, did excellent work. The installation was very well executed. They made sure I understood the heat pump system before they left. Steve, the salesman stuck with me through the rebate process and communicated very effectively.

We worked with Steve Hughes at EMCOR Hillcrest during our decision making process selecting a new HVAC unit. He was always patient, answering all of our questions and pricing different options for us. It took us several months to decide, but every time I called Steve he was there for us. Once we decided, it was a quick and easy process from beginning to end. All of the technicians were efficient and polite, and very professional. And we are very happy with our new unit. It’s quieter and cools our house very well. I’m very happy with EMCOR Hillcrest and recommend them.

Rolan is an absolute angel! I was told by another local company 2 weeks prior that I really needed a new AC. This other local company charged me for a repair they did not complete! Rolan completed the repair, for less than the other company charged, and let me know that my AC is in good condition, no need to think about buying a new one at this point. As a single mother, its nice to know that there are still some honest reputable companies out there. I will be using only Rolan and Emcor in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about EMCOR Hillcrest. I bought a new home and was having issues with the unit getting down to and maintaining temperature. I called the original installation company to have them look at it and they didn’t do anything besides say this is the best it can do, no hookup to the unit, nothing. I called EMCOR and they sent out a very knowledgeable technician who took the time to throughly go through the unit in which they found that it was not operating at the manufacturers’ recommended sub cooling. They evacuated the unit and recharged it to the right level and now it’s working great! Wouldn’t call anyone else, they are the real deal and industry professionals!

I was referred to Edgar by a friend, and I’m glad I followed their recommendation. He sent his technician to replace the evaporator coil, and he did an excellent job. The technician was on time and took extra care to be safe and gave a detailed explanation about the winter service for the HVAC. EMCOR's service was great! This was not our first time using this company as i had previously used them at my mom's house. The office scheduled a narrow time range for our appointment, unlike other companies that give you a four hour range taking up half your day. Our technician, Roland, called to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly, he explained what he was doing, and thoroughly answered all our questions. Our unit is 24 years old and he did not try to sell us a new unit but did provide a quote upon request, and it was very reasonable.

All of the guys were fantastic. John was here everyday on time. He was very polite efficient and neat. John set up my cellphone interface with the new thermostats which was very helpful and greatly appreciated
