He was also very informative about what he did to the system and gave useful information on how to get the most out of our unit. We highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.

Carlos from Napoles did an amazing job coming out the same I called him to check out my units fan not spinning anymore. He did his diagnostic and cleaned my unit since the pervious company didn’t do a great job. Came the next day with the new part and replaced it with ease. Thank you again Carlos.

My AC unit wasn’t working anymore. Contacted Napoles Hesting &Air Conditioning and was able to find the problem and fix it on the spot and gave us great recommendations about future services. Service was great and he explained the whole problem and soliton.

Called Carlos to make an appointment for my AC he is very polite and professional. He showed up on time. I was working at the time but I had someone home waiting for him. He kept me posted on all his progress. He found the problem and called me to let me know what need to be done. I got home just as he was finish up he went over all the work he did. He also gave me good advice on simple maintenance I could perform to keep AC run efficiently. I will be calling him again for my winter and summer cleanings and inspections.

This was my first time with this company. The customer service I encountered was exceptional in communicating scheduling service appointment, prompt response to my questions and to job site. My air conditioner/heater unit is on the roof. The service tech took before and after pics to illustrate what was done to the unit. Service was reasonably priced and I was advised that financing through the company was available. It was a very positive experience. I will be using this company for future needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking to have A/C serviced.

He didn’t try to sell me a new unit, but literally undercut a huge competitor in town by over $700! He also got the work done the same day I needed it. Found this company through a customer of mine and I have no regrets whatsoever. We are now on a first name basis is how much he was concerned and thoughtful about our situation. He jumped through hoops to help us with a situation that we were dealing with for a part that was under warranty. He handled everything and got us going with a temp fix in the meantime while it was as starting to get very warm here in Bakersfield. Carlos did a great job! He arrived on time, provide us information on the work he had done. He showed us pictures and videos of the unit, the inside, how everything was running. He tightened the wiring for it, and replaced a part that was not installed correctly by a previous company. Said if he didn't replace it, it was at risk of falling and could have caused a fire and would have needed to replace the unit. I'm so glad I found this company. He is trustworthy and took about 10-15 to explain everything! You don't get that now a days from other companies. Provided a few suggestions to keep the system running good and explained how clean the unit needs to be and before and after pictures after he cleaned it. For all the work that he does, so worth paying a little extra vs other companies I've used. Will be reaching out to him for all our maintenance needs.
