The owner of this company Clay came out after his regular business hours to fix my AC because I told him I really wanted my AC done I’m disabled and hard to go leaving my home at a cooling station. I also have animals. Not only did Clay fix my AC while he was doing it he asked did I want to have a full service so I wouldn’t have a second service call out. Clay took pictures to show me before and after he repaired my AC. Clay was very friendly but professional. Definitely recommend him to all family, friends, or any home or business. Stay cool 😎

AC techs for Central Valley AC in my opinion have extensive knowledge in ac repair’s strongly recommend their services. Had the pleasure of dealing with Clay and his partner they are courteous, dependable and get the job Done!

I’d give 0 stars if I could. ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Called to get a quote on a new AC Unit, got them saying they’re not gonna give a quote to people if they’re asking other companies for some because they’re already busy enough. Must not want business then if they’re busy enough. I had only contacted this company about a quote, but they wanna be nasty and rude just denying business.

NOBODY mentioned to them that we had other companies coming. My grandmother had her friend come over at the same time to let her BORROW a window cooler till she got it situated. Like I stated previously this was the only company we had reached out for a quote.

It is hard to find available HVAC companies, living in the mountain areas, especially when your furnace breaks down, of course, during the coldest winter days! Clay came out the next day and unfortunately we had to order parts, which he rushed. He then saw some elements that were about to break as well, and ordered those too, saving me money and paying for another visit when those parts would eventually break. Not many companies will do this. Clay is honest, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. It felt WONDERFUL to have heat again, along with the peace of mind that my furnace was completely fixed. Had no more issues. Thanks Clay! See you soon for a maintenance check!

My experience with Clay the owner was wonderful. He is informative and takes the time to answer all your questions plus answering questions about newer equipment some pricing and what works for our home.
His pricing is more than fair.

Called and asked for a quote, Clay came out and looked at my HVAC system, said he would email me a quote. Never received the quote and he won’t return my calls. Guess he didn’t want my business.

Clay does amazing work. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Clay serviced the ac unit on my house and pointed out a part that was getting ready to fail. Because he knew what he was looking at, Clay saved me from an expensive repair later on.

Wow! I give these guys 10 stars! My AC went out on Sunday, so I called in for service. They came out on Monday early afternoon, told me I needed a compressor and ordered it that evening. Once the compressor arrived, they were at my house the next morning installing it. By that evening, my house was back down to 72.
This happened the first day of the two weeks we had temperatures of 112 straight! It was scorching hot out there, but they were determined to get my AC running for me. It runs perfect now! This new compressor is so quiet, and makes my house freezing cold! Thanks Clay and Brenden for the fantastic service! Definitely recommend using Central Valley Air for all your AC needs!

Central Valley Air Conditioning is outstanding. I highly recommend them. They figured out the problem with my heating and fixed it quickly, however I had somehow broken the breaker which they came out a second day and fixed. Excellent service and follow through. Thank you Zach!!

They were supposed to come out today through my insurance between 12-2 p however that didn’t happen, I understand things happen however, Clay was very condescending and rude. I shared my call with my insurance as my calls are recorded and they were not pleased being he is a vendor they work with his attitude towards a customer who have more than a few contracts with the insurance company. Clay you really should learn take a business class on how to speak to potential customers, especially when you are a small business owner. I hope you have a better day

Clay and his crew were a delight to work with. From estimate to install everything was done neatly, professionally, and as explained. His prices beat the two other estimates by 5000.00. I would recommend Central Valley air to anyone needing a replacement or new install. Thanks guys. The complete dismantle and install took a day and a half.

Contacted Clay because our heater stopped working. He responded right away and sent a technician right out. Prices are reasonable. They don't try to up sell you and convince you to get new equipment unless its a must. I love their customer service. I know we have found our HVAC company.

Service was great! Brandon came out on time and replaced my AC condenser fan quickly. Very respectful and easy to talk to. Central Valley Air demonstrated that they care for their job and the service they provide for the community.
