Technician was very professional, gave a call to confirm he was getting to the to my address, arrived well before the appointed scheduled time. Had the A/C unit running with in 10 - 20 minutes. Didn’t give me no run around told me exactly what was wrong with the unit and changed it then was on his way to his next appointment, so if you have had previous technicians take hours or even days, repairing your A/C unit and charge an arm or a leg I suggest you call this company, 10/10 would hire them again! 😃 may god bless them and you 😉

Technician was great. Service is terrible when it comes to scheduling. Two days in a row waited around all day and missed work just so they could show up 5 hours late both days and still not have the job done

AC went out last night. Same day call. There by 9 actually a bit early 855am. But I am not complaining. Need a capacitor and the service fee went toward the repair. He cleaned the unit, and fixed it. Mad sure the drains were good in the attic and he was out of there. Thanks Air Max and Arturo!
