It was freaking cold and my heating system stopped working. The HAVC company that I called out to my residence diagnosed the problem and said my blower unit needed to be replaced. They said they would try to find one and quoted me a price of $2,500 - $3,000. . . The next day I decided to call Central Valley Air for a second opinion. They came out right away and did confirm that it was my blower unit and that they could replace it with a new one by the end of the day (saved me well over $1,000). . . 3 days later I finally received a call back from the initial HACV company stating that they found me a blower unit. TOO LATE. Central Valley Air hooked me up and saved me a ton of cash! . . . Thank you Clay for your honesty and professionalism!

Called these guys to actually pay out of pocket for repairs because our First American Home Warranty sent us a terrible hvac company (Platinum Repair) and would not allow us to change companies so we had Clay come out and fix a board ($800) on our (non working) AC unit, after repair the unit still won’t work and we find out the compressor is actually bad. Quotes me prices for compressor and new unit which by the way can be anywhere from a low $3000-$15000 (per local companies). We still were willing to go forward with Central Valley even after paying them $800 because they seemed to want to help our family and get our home out of the 90 degree range being that we have small children and one with a medical need. Unfortunately Central Valley has some of the worst communication from a contractor I have personally dealt with. Days and days go by without communication causing us to stay in hotels or purchase expensive temporary cooling equipment we can’t return. My family is a priority and I will not support a business with this level of irresponsible communication.

My 20 year old ac finally died, Clay personally took care of my situation professionally. The service men that were sent to my home were very clean and respectable, all the while answering my questions as they replaced my whole ac unit. I would not hesitate to call them again with any hear and air issues.

Clay was very professional and courteous from the estimate provided to the fast installation and doing a great job on guiding us through the entire process. He even was honest enough to refund some funds for less ducting used. I was very impressed by Central Valley Air Conditioning and will be happy to refer others to them.

Terrible experience. I dealt with the employee and afterwards, owner of the company (Clay Jones?). Vicious attitude and he refused to talk to me or return my calls after I called to discuss an igniter his technician claimed he installed in furnace. Central valley AC was sent to my home by First American Home Warranty to repair my furnace. After turning on the furnace, as I watched, we waited 90 seconds for it to ignit. It kept blowing but not hot air. He proceeded to tell me he believed it was an igniter, and would order me a new one through my insurance. He told me it would take an additional try for another 90 seconds, after being momentarily disconnected from electricity, and replugged in. He proceeded to tug the electrical cord from 2 feet away, i was immediately alarmed. I saw sparks and heard a Zap. He was being electrocuted. To tell you my alarm for his safety was sheer. Once he survived and took a moment to recover, he explained he would immediately let his boss and FAHW about the situation. Have them send out an electrtion. I had come home for my lunch break. When I left out my backyard, assumed he left too. Especially after the fact he
electrocuted badly. Instead of Central Valley AC calling FAHW, technician told me he stayed on my property, got an igniter out of his van and installed it in my furnace, electricity now blown out, not knowing for sure if that was issue, not purchasing a new one like he said he needed to do. Instead they told FAHW my entricity was out when they got there. After speaking with FAHW about how disrespectfully I was treated, they placed a vendors restriction or something on them. As a child I was never yelled at, got wippings, I was reasoned with respectfully, taught to treat others how you want to be treated. I was scolded like a child, treated like the village idiot, and left with no furnace 32 degree temperature. No electricity to my furnace, that only needed an igniter, they thought. They LIED to FAHW. now refuse to discuss it with me. Phone calls totalling 3 to 4 hours. Not a reputable company. Destroyed my electricity. Made a false report to the warranty company. Leaving us with a 9 and 7 year old freezing due to their money squandering technique. That part. They refuse to take responsibility. Somehow its my fault. They got paid. I got screwed. They disappeared. No need to respond Mr.Jones. I still have PTSD from your technician being electrocuted which blew out my electricity, from the verbal abuse from u afterwards and horrific position you put our family in. Thank you. I hope your technician is OK. Thank God he is not dead, although now my electricity is. They disappear after they botch your job and talk down to you and lie to your insurance company

Initially things were great. Very responsive and quick to provide service. They let me know they were ordering a part to repair my heater and I never heard back after reaching out on 2 separate occasions. So now I’ve been waiting for a part for 2 weeks and no one has been in contact.

I called many A/C contractors in Bakersfield. Napoles A/C was the only one to respond to my phone and emails in a quick manner. Napoles showed up fast after I spoke on the phone with them. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in a few hours. They also cleaned my unit. The weather is in the low hundreds, so I was appreciative of the speedy service. The best part was the customer service. They really seem to care about and value their customer’s feeling. They answered all my questions and concerns.

I will be recommending Napole’s to anyone who needs service, repair or replacement. They were very professional and responsive. They came out and gave us our options of repair or replace. They took the time to explain what needs to be done and our options. We decided to repair, once the parts were in they installed the next day. Previously two companies looked at it and we were told we should to replace it . The unit is not even 10 yrs old.They were supposed to call back with repair and replacement options. We never heard back from either company . So happy with Napole’s service and knowledge
