Carlos has been excellent. He's in Bakersfield, I'm 3 hours south. He has taken excellent care of the issues in a rental property for me. Straight forward, gives me several options based on cost, and doesn't hard-sell for the highest one. My AC wasn't working properly. I checked everything I could on my own. Cleaned the AC, checked the coils to see if they were dirty, changed the filter, checked the drain lines, but the AC just wasn't working. I knew it was something that needed a professional. So, I called Carlos to see if he could help us. His schedule was booked but he managed to squeeze us in on a Friday night. He came in, pulled his equipment out, did his thing. He told me the AC was low on refrigerant and even showed me using the AC spec chart that was on my AC. He showed me where it was supposed to be and where it was currently at. He even went up in the attic to make sure everything else was working properly. The low refrigerant levels is an indication that the system is leaking somewhere, but although he did a leak test, nothing came up. He was honest and told me that nothing appeared on his equipment so the leak might be too small to show up on his equipment. He gave me a few suggestions on how to proceed. So we decided to top off the AC and see if the leak gets worse. Carlos was very courteous and professional. He knows what he is doing and has experience. I highly recommend him if you have issues with ac. He shows you proof of what is going on and explains it to you, which is something that few people do. Carlos, thank you for the service, and for squeezing us in during your busy schedule.

I can't say enough great things about Carlos and his work. I was having issues trying to install a new thermostat and he came right out to help. I ended blowing a fuse in the unit and he trouble shot it within 15 min. Fast and clean work. I would recommend him and already have to all of my contacts.
