The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and had my AC running again in no time. Best of all, the price was fair with no hidden fees. The appt completed same day. Technician arrived withing the given time-frame. From start to finish repair took 2 hours. I appreciate not being told I needed a new AC- instead problem was explained and fixed.

Ac system's overflow line was clogged. Technician came out, diagnosed and repaired without issue.

Definitely would use again for maintenance and their overall service would warrant use for a larger upgrade project.

Great company that was able to solve our issue right away. I woke up to our AC Unit not working and called their Office at 6am but because it was outside of office hours I was able to speak to an AI system. Soon after I heard back from the company and they indicated that a technician would arrive from 8am-9am. The technician had resolved our issue by 8:30 in the morning. I was impressed by the professionalism of the technician. Literally the technician camet that was sent out had my problem resolved in 10 minutes. It wasn't a all day job. He also made a recommendation on an upgrade of the thermostat. Great Job !!!!

The AC i have has always acted up since i purchased my home in 2021, but no other technician could really tell what the issue was, they would just change fuses and say it was fine, until these guys came along and found out exactly what was wrong with it, now finally my AC works well without the constant issues it once had and to top it off the professionalism and wisdom was excellent, i would recommend them anywhere to anyone

I recently upgraded my AC unit and heating, and I had Gallardo Air Condition do the upgraded. I live in Fresno, and they are based in Bakersfield, and I was hesitant that they would handle the job in a timely manner. In our first encounter with their tech, they were timely and professional.

The day of instalation, they came in early and went above and beyond their schedule time to make sure that my unit was up and running before they left for the day. They came back to fine-tune the system and make sure I was satisfied every step of the way.

Many of their techs spoke Spanish and English and very friendly. I made many requests and upgrades to my system, and they took care of all of my concerns.

They have a very good texting system of communication that keep me informed and give my feedback.

I was looking for a professional HVAC company to fix my 30 year old heater. Brian was the technician who serviced our unit. He was so warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I was dreading the cost but I found it to be extremely fair. Juliana provided a break down of cost and was able to answer all my questions regarding the timing of parts. My heater is working well. It is nice when great workmanship and quality customer service go hand in hand. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service at a reasonable price.

Diagnosed the situation and advise me of replacing the whole unit versus just the coil and I elected to replace the whole unit excellent price and excellent service by coming back the very next day to replace the unit there were three guys they work all day tirelessly without any complaints great People great service great communication deserve 10 out of 10
