Vincente had us up and running within an hour! Priced great and did not try to up-sale. Told me the real issue and options on the correction. Highly recommend!

Today, I had my HVAC unit serviced for my seasonal safety check & tuneup. It was serviced through LaVerne & Sons Air conditioning who is contracted through the Home Depot, and with whom I had scheduled the initial appointment.

I’ve been utilizing this seasonal service, when offered by the Home Depot, for several years now. I am never disappointed with the professional service that is offered and executed.

Moreover, the service technicians from LaVerne & Sons are quite skillful in assessing and explaining any HVAC issues that are currently evident or that may look like they have the possibility of occurring in the near future. They make prudent recommendations that are based on their expertise and also on the wear and age of unit.

When I say LaVerne and Sons is professional, courteous, and attentive, I mean it! Sean Deegan was our on-site pro, and he is the best! I was really anxious about getting a new HVAC. In fact, the only reason we decided to replace our was because there was a leak coming through the curb of the previously installed one (due to incorrect installation, so we were picky about the company we went with). We had our HVAC unit installed 2 weeks ago, and getting the new curb has fixed the leak!! My mom has used them too, without issue. I'd recommend them to anyone. They helped us remove our old heater as well, which was a huge help. This team is seriously the best. If there is issue the same day for any cause or purpose, they don't push extra cost or worry onto you, they just get it done, and they do it well! This isn't a paid review, just so glad to have a competent company and technician! (P.S. I heard a whistle after it was installed so I called, and they sent someone out next day to diagnose the issue. It was too thick of a filter for the new mote efficient machine. No charge, issue is fixed. Just wonderful!)

Took advantage of a Home Depot promo and scheduled a heater maintenance. Vincent was professional and performed the maintenance quickly and efficiently - total time ~1 hour. He explained what he did and details of an issue that came up.

He offered various solutions and did not pressure into an expensive fix and suggested I check with the builder first for potentially covered warranty. Will see if my system (<5 years) is still under warranty and go from there.

We had 4 different HVAC Companies come to our home prior to LaVerne & Son, each had bad news, and told us our unit needed replacement without even going through the steps' that Rex LaVerne had done. Rex diagnosed it, suggested some refrigerant be added and for me to monitor it's performance. Honesty, and Integrity. That is truly what we all look for. I definitely will be using LaVerne & Son again.

The heating on our property stopped working and was just blowing cold air in the middle of winter. Carlos at Xceptional Heating and Air was quick to pick up, very professional and friendly. He jumped on getting us an appointment with one of his tech’s and everything was quickly diagnosed and fixed, as well as being well priced. In truth, we were expecting things to be more expensive.
