Highly recommend this company. Reliable high quality work. Came out to service our A/C asked a question about a possible leak in ceiling he found the problem that multiple people could not. Our A/C works better than it ever has.

They worked with me on the phone to sort out the issue and then went the extra mile to work out a solution. When a part couldn't be replaced timely in the Bakersfield heat, he helped with a solution to have the broken part fixed. A lot of companies won't do this extra work for you. Then, when he had everything he needed, he worked late so my family could have some relief from the heat. Good people. Good company.

Hunter may be young, but he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the HVAC trade. He always goes above and beyond to make sure your system is doing it’s job and takes his time to explain what needs to be done to your system and how to care for it. Hunter accepted my call early in the morning and allowed me the opprtunity to explain the problem in detail. I let him know it was urgent and my parents didn't have proper working AC for 3 days. He expressed concern and offered to diagnose immediately after his next appointment. As promised, he showed up and took care of the issue within the hour! Parents are happy and back to enjoying a life of retirement 😂

Amazing company! We used Valley strong heating and air conditioning to come out and clean all of our ducks. After being burned by another company (Hvac kings)we contacted Valley Strong once again, they came out last minute noticed and installed a brand new air conditioning unit in our home. Hunter is amazing and his father and brother took so much time on this unit in triple degree heat up in our attic to make sure it was done in a timely manner. Hunter brought us a portable air conditioning unit to use overnight while we waited for a part to come in, we could not have asked for better service or more professional service we will definitely use them and refer them in the future to anyone we know.

Hunter came to clean out our dryer vent which we suspected to be casuing problems with our dryer. There was also a small leak that we thought might be related above the dryer. Hunter cleaned the vent and then went the extra distance to crawl into the attic to get a picture of leak in a pipe. Friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC cleaning and systems. Would recommend him highly for any of this type of work.
