I had a horrible experience. I was quoted 1500 for a new water heater. I asked if I could choose the water heater and was told yes. I sent the screenshot of the one I wanted which had a 12yr warranty for 900. When I asked for the picture of receipt he had bout the cheapest water heater 200 less than the model he had said yes to. He claimed because the brand I chose was bad. I found the same brand that he got with a 12yr warranty I sent a screen shot same price as the other brand. I let jim know that i wanted the 12yr warranty and only offered a 50.00 discount. When he gets to my property he is then told by my tenants brother who is a handyman that the old water heater was still in working condition that all it needed was to be drained and serviced. Instead of calling me and letting me know that my unit could be salvaged he ignored my tenants brother and replaced it anyway. He knew that if he serviced my unit he could not charge the 600.00 he was charging me for the instal of my 700.00 new water heater. This guys just wants to make a quick buck not carrying about his customers at all. Do not use his services he is dishonest and will only look out to make a buck from you.

June7,2013. I called at 9:30am and he came by 11:30am. I had a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. He fixed it in 10 to 15 minutes with a power snake. He was very nice, honest and answered all my questions. He charged me $48.00 which was affordable for me. I would recommend Sergeants Plumbing to family and friends. I found him on craigslist and then researched him on Google. Thank you

Called them and they were here right away. From the time I called to the time he left it was literally less than an hour. Fast friendly service!

Told us they wouldn’t charge the initial fail attempt. Invoice has the initial fail attempt. They overcharged us. Wouldn’t use again. Stay away from this company!

Not about the business, but I was driving down a residential street in our neighborhood and someone was in a “Drain Pro” truck going about 60 mph, almost hit us when he had a stop sign, and then ran another one. I feel like this is very dangerous and something to be taken in to consideration for your business and employees.

Bad bad bad! Completely unsafe and obviously use 2nd rate so-called plumbers. Come to find out nearly all their “plumbers “ aren’t licensed themselves and fall under Drain Pro’s license. Trained by pass down redneck okie practices. Beware! Several of their servicemen do “side work “ while using company van and equipment. This seem to be quite the thing in the 93308. Had them out to work on water heater and he nearly blew the building up. Kick him off property and did it myself. If your desperate, call their office and confirm tech is competent and qualified. Oh and their so called “plugged drain warranty “? A joke. I called them back several times and they said it wasn’t their issue even though I called them back within 2 hours of their initial service call.

These guys are awesome! Kind, quick, and knowledgeable! We’ve had several plumbing issues and know we can always trust Mike and his team!

Plumbing issue was addressed at the property I rent, but the tech left behind a mess. When the tech called me after I complained he told me “we’re not really a cleaning service and I did my best”. He then asked “are you gonna take care of it yourself or do you want me to schedule another time to come back and clean.” The pictures show his best.

Highly recommend Drain Pro, I've called them several times for clogged sewer lines and a major leak at our rental and Mike is quick to respond and dispatch a plumber out to fix issues. I’ve used Drain Pro several times now. They’ve fixed a couple of leaky pipes and recently cleared a clog in my kitchen sink. Mike is very responsive, and Robert did a great job with my sink. Quick, clean and efficient. Worth every penny!
