This company quote you a price and when they come out tell you a different price after they get it all dug up so you have no choice but to go through with adding acid wash. Even after you've already had that done and don't need it done you're just requiring a certification. I would suggest using anyone except for kangarooter

I never been on a septic tank and last night I was full I called @ 620 10 minutes before they open she told me the price to Service it I was really happy because called other one they was way to high on the price. She told me they can be out there by 9/10 in the morning they on time and professional and being on time and Professional is really inpatient in my book thank you guys for the good JOB and for the tips for the tank

I will billed $1350 total (3 separate invoices) for one of my rental properties, with invoices that were generated manually for work supposedly done 4 months ago, yet no supporting job orders or invoices from the date the work was supposedly actually completed. In other words, fake invoices were generated and billed to me 4 months later, In hopes that I dont Keep track of all of my accounting records all of my properties - very combative and argumentative when addressed - not trust worthy - not to mention some of the dates on the invoices were scratched out and written in by hand with an earlier date, To try to make them look like they were not just manually generated, and that they were from months back, which they were not

I would recommend Kangarooter all day every day! They came with in 30 minutes of my call, was able to contact my landlord for payment over the phone without me being the "middleman", he immediately located where he needed to go to fix my clog, made it easier to access for future plumbing issues FOR FREE, snaked my line, checked rather it was draining, and even cleaned most where it has been backing up in my shower! After he left,a my toilet wouldn't flush and or go down. He immediately came right back and found that issue to be cause of the water level the maintenance people had set my toilet tank to fill on was too low. He explained to me, simply, how it works and adjusted my toilet water level accordingly and it flushed like a champ! I would highly recommend Kangarooter, I'll definitely call them on future issues and I very highly recommend Tom! He was AWESOME and knows his stuff!

Jump forward a few years, I needed Kangarooter again. Same day service within the hour and once again their best plumber, Tom. Very knowledgeable and we've above and beyond to unclog my toilet. I'll never second guess my choice to continue to use Kangarooter.

Kangarooter pumped and certified our septic system when we were selling our home. They were on time and completed the work quickly and thoroughly for the price quoted over the phone. Lori, in the office, was extremely responsive to provide the necessary documentation to our escrow agent. It was a very good and refreshing experience. I highly recommend this business.

Been a client for over 5 years,, now that they have a new office manager or receptionist. My experience has been terrible. I love the plumber who comes out and does my work Tom he is a good hard-working man, but the experience I had with the office clerk is horrible. Charge me $95 to replace the insides of a toilet for less than 10 minutes worth of work.

They're always quick and extremely professional. We just had our septic done this morning and both operators were extremely personable and very professional. They dug that hole 20 times faster than I ever could and we're in and out quick with doing a very professional job. The area looked perfectly flat as they found it. I always use kangarooter because they're extremely proficient and you could trust the service operators. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs these type of services.

Our Home Warranty doesn’t cover Septic Tank in our area. My husband and I remembered this company because they work on apartments across the street from us. The guys who came to work on our Tank were so nice and friendly. The one guy explained everything to my husband. Lorie? The office representative was extremely nice and worked with us on the payment.
