I had to call and ask if they were licensed plumbers. Overcharged for them to fix the mistakes I pointed out. Then charged overtime for them to drive back to the shop after the job was done. Was not told the time clock starts when they leave their shop till they return to their shop so count on an extra hour or two of billing.

Jake was very professional did the work that needed to be done, checked for any problems before he left. Thank you Jake, happy customers.

We have had great experiences with this business. We have used them more than once. It's refreshing how they are so polite and professional. We won't use anyone else.

If I could give a negative star, I most certainly would. The owner of this business conducts himself in the most unbusiness-like way you will not believe it. He came out to clear our drains with a 30 day warranty. 32 days after, the drain backs up again. No honoring the warranty, so we pay again. Now not even two weeks later, same problem. It's Sunday morning, everyone's home, no plumbing. He refuses to come out until Monday.
I should mention we have used two other plumbing companies and have never had this problem. If you want bad service, no warranty, and terrible customer service then call them. That you will get.

Frontier Plumbing wouldn’t come out and service my water heater. Even though, A.O Smith is covering the labor. According to the rude lady at the front desk, “We don’t service Wasco”. A.O Smith says they do. All in all, lady at the front desk, reconsider getting another job.

My hot water heater went out this weekend. Called the manufacture and they gave me Frontier's number and told me they would ship out the part next day. Called Frontier and they told me they could be out within a couple of hours and they had the parts in stock! That I could just drop off the part being sent to me later on. I was so shocked and grateful! Romaldo showed up on time and was very fast and efficient! Within hours I have a working hot water heater! That is good customer service! I know who I will be contacting if I ever need a plumber again!

Great experience with our service tech Mark. He found the source of the problem with our less than a year old tankless water heater, arranged for the part to be shipped directly to us and come back to change out. We will definitely use Frontier and Mark for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Front desk customer service is a nightmare. 3 days to try and even get in appointment. The 1st time they didn’t even show up. I never argued there 245$ visit I was fine with that I just needed the service done. After Day 3 they tell me they have availability in 4 days. Ridiculous and a waste of time. Hey Frontier plumbing. I would have bought a new Boiler for all I care I had no issues with prices or labor or services. I just couldn’t get an appointment to save my life. Never got past the appointment process.
