Came across one of these plumbing trucks this morning on the 14S freeway near Lancaster. Was driving erratically and making inappropriate gestures. Would never hire just based on that experience.

Regarding the job your "Romaldo V", did today, replacing our water heater...I just want to say Romaldo executed a perfect job, quick, clean, polite and very professional, he represents Frontier Plumbing in an exemplary way. He removed the burner which had failed from our old AO Smith unit and proved to us why...We agreed on replacing it with a new Bradford White water heater and the install is very impressive. We are grateful not just for "hot water" but for Romaldo and Frontier Plumbing as well. Thank you, Christine H. G Kobayashi

I had a leak on my tankless water heater and one local company told me I needed to replace the whole thing. Well I called Frontier and they sent Ronaldo. This guy went the extra mile. He located the leak, helped me contact the company for warranty information, and now I’m saving almost $3k. I know who I’ll call when it is time to replace.

Joseph came to fix an issue with my toilet and did a great job. He was very careful, clean and knowledgeable.

Called Frontier at approx 7 am because of a water leak under my kitchen island. Travis arrived approximately 2 hours later. Great response time & excellent service from the company & especially TRAVIS! He was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, & professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem & repaired it. I can't say enough positive things about their technician, Travis. Appreciate the great customer service!

Frontier plumbing tried to charge me $683 dollars for inspection and assessment of my broken water heater. They told me there would be a$125 dollar show up and diagnosis fee. My technician, Ramaldo showed up and was polite and courteous. He began to troubleshoot and diagnose my hot water heater. It took about 2.5 hours for him to fully diagnose the problems and attempt to order parts. It became one thing after another and ultimately Frontier plumbing didn’t have the parts and he was going to have to charge me another $109 dollars to get the part in a week from now. So I called my contractor who just finished remodeling my house to ask him what to do. I told him about the $125 diagnostic and assessment fee of $125 dollars. And also told him that Frontier plumbing who is a subsidiary of Holders AC & Heating was charging me $683 dollars for diagnosing the problem and additionally for 2.5 hours labor. He told me to stop immediately what I was doing. That the diagnosis was supposed to be included in the original $125 show up n assessment fees. So I called management at Frontier plumbing who in turn switched me over to Holders AC & Heating. After a discussion with Amaya or Ayyalla they agreed to reduce my bill (charges) to $410 dollars. So as a homeowner I was charged $410 dollars for 2.5 hours of labor on a project in which they did no repairs or replaced any parts. They simply diagnosed and assessed my water heaters problem and asked for $683 dollars for said work. Later agreeing to reduce that to $410. The homeowner public needs to be aware of these unscrupulous and predatory business tactics!! In no way , shape, or form would I ever recommend Frontier plumbing to a friend of mine after this experience!!

I would like to make an addendum to my post yesterday regarding Frontier Plumbing and in turn parent company Holders AC & Heating.

I received a phone call from management of these companies today. She informed me that they were tearing up my $410 check made out to Frontier Plumbing. First I want to reinterate how professional and courteous my technician, Ramaldo, was in diagnosing and assessing the problem with my water heater. Secondly I would like to publicly acknowledge the professionalism of the company itself. In this day and age of unprofessional and shady business practices it would have been very easy for Frontier Plumbing to simply take my check and cash it knowing it was a done transaction and that they had provided me 2.5 hours of professional service. It is very comforting to know that there are still companies out there that care about customer service and providing satisfaction for the work they perform. Although I was originally unhappy with the outcome of my experience yesterday and I certainly voiced it here. I cannot tell how surprised and pleased I was to receive that phone call from Frontier’s management today. It completely reinforced in my mind that there are companies out there who still and want to do the right thing with their customers!! The actions on their part went beyond righting a wrong. I truly appreciate their gesture!! As professional as it gets!! More local service companies should comport themselves in this manner.

Rome did an excellent job was very professional and explained everything he was doing I plan on seeing him next year thank you very much. By the way, the office staff was wonderful too. They said he would be here early and he was here on time.

Outstanding repair work of a leak in my water supply line, provided by Joseph. Highly professional, polite, enthusiastic, personable, and he clearly loves his work. Explained all the repair steps as I watched. I'm very happy with Frontier Plumbing and would not use anyone else.

Remaldo fixed a leaky faucet that other plumbers said could only be fixed by drilling through the wall and replacing pipes. He fixed it in a simple way. His problem-solving skills are tops. I told him he is now my plumber for life! He is kind and thoughtful.

I was experiencing cold water when running the hot water heater. Joseph came out and completed a thorough inspection and explained to me how every component works. His expertise on the matter was instrumental in repairing the problem. Great service and expertise from Joseph. Awesome overall!

Our hot water heater went out. They send out Renuldo i’m not sure of the spelling of his name, a perfect gentlemen, and he did everything Possible to fix the hot water heater to keep it going until we get it replaced. He was here on time. I’m very, and was Very informative.
