I called Richard because of a major plumbing problem because he was so helpful the 1st time I needed him. It’s the holiday season, it’s a Friday afternoon. I have a flooded bathroom and water all over my garage floor. Richard came over after finishing the job he was working on and was able to clear the blockage and get everything working perfectly in a very short period of time. In addition, he gave a 30 day warranty on the work. I will always call him when I need plumbing help - no question he’s the best!

Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It’s nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

The technician who visited a residence to repair a hot water heater demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and courtesy. He efficiently completed the water heater repair within an hour, with a slight delay due to waiting for a part from the manufacturer that arrived approximately a day and a half later. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the service provided and would not hesitate to contact them again for any future plumbing needs.

Very simply they did a great job, They gave us a estimate to re-plum the whole house. And even when they found a few extra things wrong, they kept to there there price they gave us. I highly recommend this place.

The technician was prompt, professional and fixed the problem in under an hour. Shower now has hot water. The fee was less than I paid to try to do it myself in parts and labor. I will call them again.

We had great service from them. We repiped our house, they sent out two guys for the week they got it done and patched the holes when they were done. Very satisfied with the quality of work and very satisfied with the price we got.

A window of 1-5 and the plumber shows up at 5:30, grumpy, mad because he has to be there, and on his phone complaining to someone about his personal life. Then when he goes into the bathroom, that WAS working when he showed up, I hear him talking to someone about the water pressure. I found him FaceTiming someone for help. He then comes out and says you don’t have a shower anymore but you have the back bathroom. It’s going to cost you more to have this fixed, I will send the estimate and leaves. If I could give them a -5 stars that is EXACTLY what they deserve. If you want to save yourself some money, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE.

The first time the technician was more worried about the cost of items in my sons room. Then he was asking my son to go and tell the other guy measurements and wanting him to take stuff out to the truck.
Second time, well.....I'm still waiting for them to arrive. When I called and asked for an estimate time of arrival (they are already past the window they gave me) I was told they'll be there when they are done.

Today I called ICON Plumbing Company. They send this young man Who did an excellent work. Very professional. He fixed my leaking bath tub faucet in no time. Thanks...

I had a very bad service and was left 3 weeks without the use of my washing machine, they made 2 big owls in the walls did pick up the dry walls from the floor and left a big mess. My washing machine drain wasn't hook up to any other drain so all the water was going directly under my house. After the advise from other plumber they said the drain needs to be hook to the main drain. I told the plumber NOT TO HOOK UP THE MY BATHROOM DRAIN, because it will back up in the shower.

NO HE HOOK IT UP TO THE BATHROOM DRAIN ANYWAY even after I told him not to do it.
I call the office talk to the owner and expressed the way that after 3 weeks and the mess left and the drain NO HOOK UP TO THE MAIN DRAIN LIKE IT SHOULD BE.

He said, Im sorry find another plumber to fix it I will mail to you back your check today. But no he when and CASH MY CHECK THE SOME DAY.

He wasn't planning on sending the check back went he went to CASH THE CHECK THE SAME DAY.

What a joke. My home warranty company was going to send them out because my garbage disposal was leaking. They got my appointment wrong so that's one morning I missed work. Then when they did finally come out it was in maybe the last 30 minutes of the 2 hour window they give you for arrival. The guys that showed up both went over and looked under my sink and started commenting on stuff like "Oh yeah... it's leaking" and "Whoa... the hose came all the way off here" and then they left saying that they needed to grab a garbage disposal to replace mine with and they would be back in about 45 minutes.

I'm no plumber but in this scenario why wouldn't you just grab the parts you might need as you walk out the door? They finally showed back up in about 45 and replaced the garbage disposal. When I looked in my kitchen as they were doing it I heard one of them say "water's going everywhere" then I asked "Do you need a bucket" because there was an empty mop bucket sitting a few feet away from where they were working to which they replied "no". When they were done they quickly put everything back in underneath my kitchen, grabbed their stuff, had me sign, and left. Before I left the house to hit the office I opened up underneath my sink and there was water everywhere. All over everything they shoved back underneath, all over the wood, all over the tile just near the cabinet, everywhere. So, before I left I took everything back out and dried it all off then dried off everywhere I could under my sink and put a fan in front of my sink down low and left the cabinets open for the day to try and dry out their mess.

Now, I go to do a load of dishes and I have water coming up through the dishwasher drain air gap. I look underneath to remove the line to check if it's plugged and wouldn't you know it, no hose clamps on anything. So did they glue it all on? Either way I called my home warranty company back and asked that the problem be fixed and unfortunately because ICON is who guarantees their work I can't have someone else come out.

Avoid this place at all costs. They're nothing but hapless worthless muppets with wrenches.

Service was excellent. After looking online for plumbers I received a call from them and after explaining what we needed was asked what time today would be preferrable. Very pleasant man arrived spoke with my husband re our plumbing problem. Got his equipment out and started fixing our leak. Took less than one hour for him to repair plumbing problem. Also very knowledgeable and helpful regarding other plumbing work we are planning to have done in near future. Would definitely recommend and have decided to go ahead and book them for our next job.
