Kyle and his crew went above and beyond. They worked continuously, even though our temps were over 100 degrees. They worked very hard until they completed the whole house re-plumb. Stewart and I are so happy with their work. They communicated very well. Even when I might've ask crazy questions about the plumbing. :-) They gave us an estimate, and stuck to that price, even though they ran into a few issues.
We highly recommend this crew.

Time frame given should be observed because we have our own time/life too, sacrificing our day to wait for the help to come means a lot to the homeowners. Example 12-4pm window frame waiting time and the Plumber will come in 4:45. If the Plumber will call between the hour of 3:45sh and inform the owner he will be late then that is a good sign of professionalism. But if the homeowner will call the office to ask if the Plumber is on his way because the plumber is running late then definitely you will be getting not perfect 5 stars.

Work: They have their own mop which is very awesome and their work is amazing! They left their workplace dry and clean. (I think they already corrected one of the bad reviews posted earlier) keep on improving and people for sure will love your service and will be receiving 5 stars all the time.👍🏼

Great guys helped with no hesitation

Bought a brand new Bradford White water heater and I’m already having issues with the unit. Obviously I’m referred to the warranty of the company and dealing with service calls. NOT HAPPY to purchase a $1000 water heater and already having issues. I’d buy my parts elsewhere.

Bathroom faucet started linking. Purchased two cartridges from Ferguson but I could not get them to work so I called in a plumber, he installed the parts for $ 145 but both failed within a month. Called back same plumber company and installed brand new faucet, $85.00. So, Ferguson sold me either the wrong cartridges or defective ones. All in all , I am out near $ 300 to fix a simple cartridge failure.

Joseph arrived on a hot afternoon to diagnose my issue with the washing machine seized to vintage/original 1954 water connection. To avoid any leaks, he immediately shut off the water supply and arrived early the next morning to replace valves. This was a rush job as the house was being emptied for sale. Thanks for taking care of this quickly Joseph!

OK I called them to come and give me an estimate on a garbage disposal. The guy tells me that if he reset it he has to charge me 79.99 it Now when he goes to reset it if it starts up or not, I still have to pay 79.99 and to have a replace, he would charge me a Different fee besides the 79.99

Roto-Rooter and especially Luke were awesome! Came on a late Saturday afternoon within 45min of calling. Got my clogged kitchen sink running free very speedily. Luke was amazing: knowledgeable, explained everything, super polite and very efficient! I will definitely use again for plumbing needs.

Billy was knowledgeable and efficient. He looked at the problem, bad toilet flange, and he replaced it quickly. I recommend him highly. You may see other Roto Rooter reviews because it's been a bad plumbing repair year. All the techs that came to to various jobs have all been outstanding! Thank you!

The personnel at rooto rooter were responsive and professional. Making an appointment was quick and easy and I got a quick response the same day.

I did have a problem with the initial estimate which was, in my view way too high. We got that resolved and proceeded with tge repair. Through it all tge technician, Erik was very understanding, and was easy to work with.

Everything ran very smoothly, from the point of placing a call to having the technician come out in less than an hour. Luke was thorough in describing what the problem was. He was very pleasant to work with. 10 outta 10!
