Luis came to our home today to clear a drain pipe in our kitchen. He did an excellent job at fixing the problem. He was fast, and he left the area very clean. Testing was another phase of the service to make sure water would drain well in the sink and that there were no leaks, etc. Pricing was very reasonable also, and I will call them again.

Luis was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and fix my plumbing without issue. He also was very thorough on cleaning up afterward as if he was never there. Great honest service all around.

Joseph and Alejandro we incredibly helpful and insightful, they were able to explain the issues and offer multiple solutions to solve the issue.

Luis came in and I showed him the problem and he advised me what he could do and if he couldn’t get the shower unclogged that it would be a cheaper amount. Luis was very thorough as to letting me know what he was doing and what my problem was.

They did a great job and answered all my questions throughout the process.

I had a plug in line. I explained it’s occurred several times before. I had purchased a 50 foot snake but the plug occurred in daughter’s restroom which is over 50 feet and 75 foot snake is needed. They quoted $350 . I called their competitor which coincidentally was clearing a septic tank on my block. Their competitor which I had been unable to contact cus of line issues agreed to do it. They completed the snake clearing in about 10 to 15 minutes at less than 1/3 the cost. I was in a jam and I think they overcharge!

Incredibly fast service. As general manager of tacobell they offered fast service, came out quickly and helped with getting our back of house sink and men's restroom to stop backing up and drain properly.

I recently had received services for my home. I had a clogged line.( Built up grease and gunk. )
Marco was the man who helped me.
He was on time, very informative with helping me understand my septic tank and also what steps he was going to take to fix my problem.

He showed me my line with the camera he had brought. Walked me through my options, and even helped me with a coupon for my bill. I am so appreciate of his hard work and his meeting me where was I at.
If I ever need assistance in regard's to plumbing again, I will be calling him.
10/10 would recommend.

Well I had a leak under my kitchen sink just a little cut on the house should be an easy fix. They said they weren’t able to fix that they would have to replace the faucet. Told them go ahead they asked asked me what kind of faucet we wanted without the pic we told them they charged me 1200$ for a 160$ faucet I could’ve got at Home Depot. I’ll never call these guys again.

They were able to come out right away for My main water leak from the main shut up valve thinking a plumber should do it rather than sprinkler people even though it’s underground in my front yard the young man has a young family. He was very professional had all the right equipment he understood my situation And let me take photos of the situation and I asked him for a quote. He stayed long enough for the water company to come back and work with them. Their response was a quickest I would’ve ever thought for plumber and plumbing, especially for yard. They were prepared for any type of metal and PVC piping issues. Bless the gentleman who came out and Roto-Rooter company themselves.

Jason A. And Alejandro G. Both did a fantastic job getting my house back up and running along with some extra work for preventative maintenance for the future. Jason really put in some hard work digging out our main and installing a clean out for us. They both helped us get by a little longer before we'll need have our major overhaul of our 1950s plumbing system.

Kyle was great and easy to talk to about the issues at hand. Would hire them again
