I had an appointment with them on 9/18/20 from 10am-2pm. They never showed up, and they never called. They were working thru Sears Home Warranty. He did call and tell Sears that he was behind and would Not be able to come to my house until 8/21. He is not reliable and doesn’t show professional curtesy

Kitchen sink was slowly draining and nearly plugged up completely. Roman Rooter didn’t give up when the first attempt didn’t work. He spent almost 3 hours until it finally broke loose. So thankful for all the hard work.

These guys are great!! My water heater was leaking and went out and he came in a great response time! My carpet was wet and everything but he helped me get a new water heater and helped me vacuum up the water from my carpet! Thank you Anthony!! Truly appreciate it!! He arrived in a timely manner, very professional. Had to go up in the Loft to locate the leak. After he found the leak he showed me the material he was going to use and explain the procedure. I could not visually see the repair but he assured me that it was repaired. The work was done about 24 hours ago and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and friends.
