This was my second time getting help and support from these guys. They were actually my third try when getting a plumber out here asap for a water heater issue. The original call was for a drain backup, one of several over the last few years. After consulting with Alex and Gerald, we decided to replace our sewer line. During the entire process the crew was professional, courteous, friendly, and educational! Gerald kept us informed of the progress every day, and checked in every day until inspection. A shout out to all the crew ( Gerald, Alex, Andres, and Fidel for a job well done. Nice having peace of mind knowing that plumbing works!

Luke showed up within 20 minutes of scheduling on a Sunday no less. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained current plumbing code and the best way to ensure gas lines beneath cook tops are sealed properly. He fixed our immediate issue with the cooktop. He also took the time to answer all our questions and asked if there were any other plumbing issues we would like him to take a look at before he left. We actually didn't realize our tankless water heater needed to be serviced and he explained why. We are very happy with the service provided, the price we paid, and the invaluable knowledge we walked away with. Thank you so much!

The team was super quick and professional. I had the pleasure of communicating with Gage and he was awesome! They were able to replace my old water heater and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The drain backed up with grease deposits. I had them do a Hydro jet cleaning. I took a couple hours and the bill was over $2000 which I don’t understand how it could be that high. All you’re doing is running a line down a drain to clear it up. Anyway, both of the people from Roto Rooter were very professional, and did explain the problem which is greese stuck in the pipe.

Very sorry to have used Roto-Rooter. The problem is not resolved. They said the only way to resloved the problem was to use a concrete saw and Jackhammer the floor out to find the greese that is blocking the pipe. Again, I found that the charge of $ 2,000.00 for a couple of hours work was ourtragous AND the problems still exist. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

They were true professionals.
They diagnosed our problem before using the camera to confirm their findings.
They are experienced and knowledgeable.
They kept us looped in from start to finish--we didn't have to guess or worry about anything.
We were having a plumbing problem for over a year. We hired another plumber that just wasted our time and gave us the run around.

Plumbing repair isn't cheap. However--for the first time we can use the bathroom and do laundry without worry. That is priceless!

It was Richard Asuncion that conducted the camera inspection for me, but his name was not available on the list.

Richard was fantastic! He was super attentive, very thorough and professional, and easy to work with. He did everything he had to do to get the information that I needed. I travel the country quite a bit and work with many plumbers and camera technicians from Roto Rooter across the country And I have to say, Richard is one of the best. I recall having worked with Richard once before another job about two years ago, and When I saw that he was a technician that was coming for this job, I knew that it would be a job well done! The next time I’m in the Bakersfield area I certainly hope Richard will be assigned to my job.

Also, unfortunately, do not remember the name of the woman that took my phone calls at your office, perhaps her name was Rhea, But she was fantastic as well. Very friendly, and I was confident that although the details and request that I mentioned in scheduling, the call would be taken care of and relayed to the technician.

I’ve never posted a review on any platform, but I had to post one for these guys. They went above and beyond to fix things for us. They had a ton of patience for all of our extra requests and were very professional throughout the process.

Man totally impressed with there work nice clean fast they re-piped the whole house in 3 days with no issue's and for a job no one wants to ever have to have done I’m glad I did the whole crew was awesome and Jacob is one of the coolest guys you could ever have come work in your home and I’m super picky on who I let in ..he respects everything about you and your house and treats it that way and keeps you up to date with everything I could not be anymore happy with the work they did thanks Jacob and to the whole crew you guys did a amazing job..don’t waste your time looking anywhere else

Very knowledgeable and attentive. I've had numerous amount of plumbers at my house with home insurance and random calls. These guys are the best to do anything at my house.
