After my home warranty sent out Big Boy plumbing (who not only had trouble diagnosing the problem, leaving my family to struggle with our water heater for 3 weeks and later wanted to charge me an additional $250 after I paid the $90 warranty fee when the warranty refused to cover it) Mike from Drain Pro came out, charged only $150 after quickly diagnosing the problem, AND unclogged and reset our garbage disposal without charging us, also leaving us a tool to reset it ourselves. Drain Pro was highly recommended by a friend and now I know exactly why.

These guys left me hanging with a half installed gas fireplace and a clawfoot tub in transit and blamed it all on me. This is the first time I have bothered to leave a negative review here.

They are doing a job next door, pushed 4 wheel barrow of dirt throught the fence. Said it wasn't there problem to fix, even though their workers did it. Garage!

My technician was very professional and explained what they needed to do to fix it. Price was very reasonable too! Highly recommended.

Thank you for doing such a great job. We had an emergency leak at our house and he was out here the same day to fix it!

I do not recommend this company. They attempted to bill us for material NOT used. I asked him to show us proof of the receipts he had of the "new" material he supposedly installed. He refused to provide material receipts. He stated he did not need to show us proof of any actual receipts. He complains of how EVERYTHING is very difficult so he can drag out the job and bill more time. Provides unsolicited video's that are a waste of time with zero content and apparently expects to be paid for it. Probably a good idea to go with a more well known local company that has a reputation for being trustworthy, who can handle basic home remodel work, and who will not attempt to take advantage of unsuspecting home owners with shady billing practices.

I have dealt with Mr. Freeland several times for issues with my home, he is trustworthy, responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.

I work at the Honda Proving Center in Cantil, CA. I schedule all of the outside vendors that come to the site for repairs that may need to be done. We have been using Gold Rush Plumbing, Inc. as the company that comes out to our facility to do the Eye Wash Station Certifications, as well as emergency plumbing repairs as needed for the past few years. Every time I have contacted the company, for any reason, they have always gotten back to me very quickly with no more than 2 hours time passing. They are always very accommodating to our needs and times we have available for them to come and perform the services needed. The quality of their work is always excellent. Wonderful personality and customer service. I am very pleased and will continue using Gold Rush Plumbing, Inc.

Brian's fantastic. He's repiped my house, my brothers and done several other jobs for me. He's always prompt, polite and fair. We also did a really awesome rainfall shower in my bathroom.

My company has hired Brian at Gold Rush Plumbing for several jobs over the last 3 years. The service is personable, thorough, and explanatory, and Brian comes across very interested in doing a good job and providing value. On several occasions Brian was held up on another job and couldn't make his planned day and time, but was willing to work the weekend if we needed him to so he didn't cause us any hardship. I would recommend Gold Rush Plumbing, the price is fair, the value is good, and the owner Brian is a straight shooter.

Brian has done about 6 or 7 jobs for us over the past 4 years. He is always thorough, prompt, and efficient. He knows the ins and outs of plumbing, unlike anyone else in bakersfield. He is also a great communicator and makes things happen quickly, especially When the matter is urgent! We will continue to use him and only him for all of our plumbing needs in bakersfield.
