Carlos Tree Service offers impeccable service, and communication. I was not one of their clients, but rather my neighbor was. A few weeks after our neighbors service we noticed a hole in the roof of our garage which was located under the branches of the tree which was trimmed. A call to Carlos and he immediately took care of it! Fixed our roof without any hassle at all, and all in the same day. We were very satisfied, and given this experience can't recommend them enough for your tree trimming needs. If any issues come up, Carlos will handle it.

Carlos came to the house, gave me an estimate and said he would call the next day to confirm the date we tentatively agreed upon. One week went by without hearing from him so, I called and we scheduled a date. The day before, I called to confirm. He didn't remember the job or the date. Maybe he just didn't want to do the job. Maybe you'll have better luck.

I can not praise Carlos Tree Service enough for the hard work and excellent job I received on the removal of our 2 very oversized pine trees.
We were given a very reasonable quote, which included the removal of both trees, hauling and cleanup. I believe it was a lot bigger job than they anticipated or bid, but did not change the price. We did give a tip .
Carlos Tree Service Inc. is licensed and bonded which was extremely important to me.

Alex stopped by yesterday and gave me a quick, honest, and more importantly, a free quote for our tree. A couple of weeks ago a limb had tore from the tree and fallen to the ground, causing a lot of stress and anxiety that there was something severely wrong. After a couple of moments with Alex I could tell he knew what he was talking about and made me feel assured that it was simply because I wasn't watering it enough. The next day he stopped by with her professional crew of fast working gentlemen and trimmed and cleaned everything up in a matter of hours. Very respectful group, very professional, and very affordable. I'd recommend these guys to anyone and I'll be using them again the future.

I called Carlos and within a few hours he had came to my home and gave me a very reasonable quote. I had 5 large trees removed and all the stumps removed as well, and cleaned up all in the same day! They do a great job, very professional, and do exactly what they say they will do. He is bonded and insured, which is so important. This is the third time we have used Carlos Tree Service over that last several years. They have trimmed a variety of trees on our property and always do a fantastic job.The trees look very nice after the trimming and look as we had discussed. Their prices are reasonable, they are professional, and the clean up is done very well. They also are on time and work quickly and efficiently. My contact guy is Nick, he is very knowledgeable, professional, and just a genuinely nice guy. I call him, he is quick to come out, we discuss the job, and he puts a lot of effort to understand exactly what your expectations are. He shows up before, during, and after the job to make sure instructions are clear, everything is done as expected, and that you are happy with the job. *Just a side note, the crew is the happiest workers I have ever seen. They are smiling, laughing, singing, as they work. No goofing around, they are busy, but they seem to enjoy their job. I thought to myself, Carlos must be a great guy to work for! Anyways, give them a try and I think you will be happy with your choice!

We used Carlos Tree Service. They did the best job of any company we have ever used. They arrived on time and got right to work. The employees were knowledgeable about trees. The tree was an overgrown Chinese Elm. Next door neighbor said it is now the prettiest tree on the block. Other company estimates were way too high. We felt Carlos's estimate was a fair price. We made an appointment, and the price remained the same as estimate (sometimes tree trimmers hike the price during the middle of the work). That did not happen!!! We will be using Carlos from now on -- so should you.

Outstanding service. Neighbors tree took out wall and demolished two vehicles, damaged a third blocking the entire driveway. Then removed the tree for a reasonable cost. They had a crew there within an hour and they worked the rest of the day during off and on rain.

Communication and Timing are crucial for me. Carlos and his crew satisfied both criteria for me and I greatly appreciated it.

The crew shaped and trimmed the selected trees per request and took extra care to not excessively trim new growth especially those branches that were shaping to be leader branches. The crew adjusted to any requests I made during the service, leaving and keeping certain branches as I instructed. Their workflow was efficient, they utilized the appropriate tools and machinery for the job, and cleaned up the landscaping; even making it looking better than they found it.

Carlos's crew did an excellent job crown trimming our great big pine trees and shaping and removing the mistletoe from several large oaks. They were punctual and amazingly efficient, and cleaned up an astounding amount of debris. We will certainly continue to use their services in the future.

Antonio and Carlos were super receptive to our needs. We wanted our 40ft oak trimmed back but not manicured to a shape and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

I called Carlos tree service after the last wind storm, where 2 palms started leaning ready to fall. I sent him some photos and he quickly gave me a reasonable estimate. They showed up the next they, and we added trimming all the trees as well as removing 2 trees. They were friendly, professional, with very nice equipment. They removed a very difficult tree that was leaning towards my neighbors house. I am very happy with the work and clean up they did. Thank you guys.
