I love Universal Tree Service. Only use them because they don't use tree hooks and sterilize equipment nightly to prevent the spread of disease.

They let branches fall through my window and took forever to get the window fixed. They cut down oak trees and were supposed to stack the wood but I only ended up with maybe half of what I should have. These guys burned this bridge.

I have do not disturb and no soliciting signs at my house and they decided to solicit their services anyway. Not a company i would use.

They were on time and did a great job. Will be calling them back to prune some more trees.

Do not trust this company. They will lie and say whatever it takes to get you to use them over their competitors. We told them we did not have the money to hire them at the moment and are just getting prices. They gave a sob story about needing their crew to work that day so they said we should write a check and they would hold it till payday. They immediately deposited the check. Never trust anything this company tells you. I wish I knew how dishonest they where before hiring them. I hope this review helps someone, I really feel foolish for trusting them

They were great when they took out trees. They said they did bring the stumps and new growth would not happen. Well, all three trees are sprouting new growth. I called and the owner came out to look and confirmed and said they would be out to take care of it. Fast forward, 6 phone calls, 2 promises that they were coming out. Three weeks later...no service.

I would agree that they are a Very Professional Company. They came to Olive Knolls Christian school and took out four pine trees and stumps to get ready for four new classrooms! Thanks Universal Tree Service!!

This company is very professional! I had two huge palm trees and a few tree stumps removed. They gave me the best price in town and made sure not to damage anything. They even put my dogs away so they couldn't run off. Thanks again Universal!

I would agree that they are a Very Professional Company who are doing dangerous work. They put their lives on the line. They do an amazing job. They gave a great quote . We have 22 palm tree, 4 big Canary palms that need pineappled as well as 2 TALL Mexican palms. They even trimmed our pigmy date palms at no cost! Big Kudos to these Guys. Yesterday our neighbors contracted this company to trim and clean their palm trees. In the process, their employees continuously and carelessly dropped trimmed palm fronds on our flowerbeds rather than taking a few more seconds to drop them into their adjacent waiting truck. This broke and trampled many of our plants. When contacted regarding the damage, the owner came out to inspect and agreed there was damage to the plants but was unwilling to compensate for any of it. Instead he then instructed his workers to "protect" the plants further by putting a ladder over the plants that were in danger, while in the process further crushing these plants. Their "cleanup" still left all kinds of palm shrapnel in our beds and on our lawn, which should never have been there to begin with.

Be aware that this company is only interested in doing jobs in the fastest manner possible and that your landscaping and your neighbors landscaping are in the line of fire. This company will also not take any responsibility for their carelessness other than a hollow apology.

Despite severe weather and a closed highway from Bakersfield to Kernville, their team found an alternate route for trucks and equipment to get to the job on time. Their timely removal of several large trees made it possible for the roofing contractor and HVAC contractor to reroof our building.

These guys lounged in my yard playing on their phones for 45 minutes and when they finally decided to work they left a massive mess. They stepped on two plants in the process. Will never use these guys again.

Excellent job trimming 4 large trees at a great price. Great communication from first start to finish.

Great quick service and affordable as well. Had 4 huge palms times for $200 and was able to complete everything over the phone including estimate, appointment and payment.. great job all around
