A card was left on my door for this business and I do need some trees trimmed but after reading the reviews I think I'll pass.

They did good work for me before, but most recently, they stood me up for two different appointments and then never texted back to reschedule. It's fine if you're busy, but to just ignore a customer is unprofessional. I was hoping to hire you guys again, but now I have to go out on a limb (no pun intended) with another company.

Edit: I see the owner responded, and to be fair, they called me after I posted this to try and get my business. But, they stood me up twice without calling. Busy season or no, don't tell someone you will be there at a certain time and then not show up. And if the policy is calling the office instead of calling your cell (which was on the business card you gave me a few years ago), then just let me know! I would have been happy to do that in the beginning. Thanks for responding.

I have used Western tree care there service was very professional and courteous.they have always done and excellent job whether it's trimming my trees or just cleaning up my yard. I highly recommend Western tree care .

Extremely unprofessional. Omar tried to pick up on my wife whIle I was at work. He saw our 6 year old daughter, and asked if my wife was married and she told him yes. He then proceeded to tell her she's beautiful and asked to take her to dinner. When she said no, he suggested coffee. When I called to confront him about it when I got home from work he told me he was married, denied everything and called my wife a liar. My wife had never made up such a story before, nor would she now. I told him I would leave a negative review and he threatened to have his lawyers sue me for this. If you use this tree service, good luck

Excellent service. On time, knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. Omar explained how to best care for our trees. Victor answered questions and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. Site clean up impeccable.

They showed when they said the would and it was a two day job. The crew was so professional, so nice and did an amazing job at my house . I would highly recommend them. I'm very very satisfied with the work they did!

Disappointed that my 82 year old Vietnam combat veteran father was charged $1,750 for what amounted to a 2 man, 3 hour (at most) job. None of which required an arborist or any skilled labor. Basically, he was charged what amounted to $291 an hour for 6 man hours for general labor. Not the first time they've used them and they've always been on the pricey side, but finding decent tree work is a challenge so if you don't want your trees botched you gotta pay the price. But this went way beyond reasonable and well into what I can find no other way to describe but taking advantage of an elderly man who spent a lifetime serving his country and community. Very shameful and sad. Nobody I know will be using Western anytime soon. Sorry but no matter how hard I try I can't rationalize the situation.

Western Tree Care has done a wonderful job on our trees! They are very professional and experienced. We were impressed with how efficient they were, and how well they cleaned up! We will definitely use them again!

Always adds more work than original estimate. Tries to impress you by saying he's an arborist. There's plenty of good tree services around to avoid dealing with this joker.

The work was done in February, less than 9 months ago. I asked for a refund the next time you showed your face on our street after I learned that you charged for what you called an infection was really a water stain. Your reputation for deception goes beyond my family. Oh by the way, the "infection" you supposedly treated is still on all trees. I feel very justified in giving a negative review since you declined us a refund for work we did not ask for or need.

Again, tree owners there are plenty of services to choose from and avoid this egotistical joker. One who gives his own review. Let the customers rate your business, it's more unbiased that way.

We had tree and stump removal and power washing a very large redwood. The service was excellent. They have all the proper professional equipment. The men were prompt and courteous and did an excellent job! I will definitely use Western again!

We have had them out a couple times they are always prompt and officiant. 3 of our neighbors have used them as well. Western tree care is who I recommend to my coworkers too. They removed a 100 foot palm for us and made it look effortless it was in a tough location too right alongside our garage and a couple sheds. Left our yard looking great.
