I have a few commercial properties in Berkeley and Oakland and have used Macaw Clean for over one year for window washing and power washing. The owner Natalí runs a great team and I switched to Macaw Clean because they had lower rates than my previous window cleaning company. I had a tenant move out of one property, and they left an absolute mess. Macaw was able to do a deep clean before I put it back on the market in pristine condition - and fast!

Natali and her crew came on short notice to clean my windows that hadn't been cleaned in man years and did an absolutely fantastic job. Especially on window that were hard to reach etc. Also a very fair price. Highly recommend them.

We live on a steep hill so I was concerned about safety but they really did work together. Danielle gave us a great price and is very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about Natali and Macaw Cleaning. Last month they came and did all my windows, skylights and glass doors inside and out including all frames, sills, thresholds and screens. Several of my windows are extremely difficult to access, but they presented no problem at all for Natalie’s team.
I’ve had my windows professionally cleaned many times over the years and no company has even come close to the beautiful and incredibly thorough job that Macaw Cleaning did.

A week ago Natali came again, this time for carpet cleaning. She was able to take my 35 year old bedraggled and worn carpets and make them look like new again. Her team was able to remove hideous spots and dirt that nobody else could. As with the windows, I've had these carpets cleaned professionally many, many times over the years and no one has been able to get anywhere near the results that Natali and her team did. Her team also took care of cleaning the very greasy tops of my kitchen cabinets along with all the high surfaces throughout the house as well as remove some very stubborn soot from the front of my rock fireplace.

The owner truly respects your rugs and will honestly tell you what can be done to restore them. They also clean rugs and provide underpads. He was wonderful with my great grandmother's carpet, a family heirloom.

I have a 9*12 Heriz Serapi rug (Persian rug) which I love so much that I was ready to do anything I could to get it fixed. It got two big rips that was caused by water damage and on top of the damage I always wish I could change the black color parts to something bright so it could match with my cream color furniture and after taking it to different places all I got was disappointment until I found Rose Rug. They made it happen with care and their knowledge. The result is unbelievable. What they did was almost unreal so that’s why I thought they deserve to be recommended. So I highly recommend this business for any concern about any kind of rug you’re having problem with. They know what they’re doing !!!!

I want to give this place a good review because the man running it does seem kind but unfortunately I can’t. We had a rug that we bought in India that had fraying on the edges from an accident. We dropped it off and they said they had to clean it first before they could give a quote for the repair due to COVID which while expensive (70 dollars) we thought acceptable. Well, we waited and waited and went back weekly to ask for our rug and each week we were told they would have it next week and we were given a day to come get it. Finally after this happening numerous times the owner said he would deliver it to us on a Friday. Which to his credit - he did. That being said when we opened the rug it was damage even more than before. The corner where the fraying is must have been where they washed it as it’s a completely different color, it looks bleached and also there seems to be a hard layer of crust on it from whatever sort of washing they did. The rug is basically ruined. I’m going to try to now find another shop that can fix the entire corner where they damage the rug. This was a small fix which is now huge due to the work they did.

Rose Carpets just finished a difficult repair and restoration of our silk Indian rug, which had been badly chewed by our pup. The repairs have been completed seamlessly and we cannot now see where the damage has been. Amazing work. I recommend their professional and highly skilled weaving skills.

I trust Rose Oriental Rugs to clean my beloved rugs. They do a great job and are very thoughtful and careful. They also are good communicators, and it's obvious they take pride in great customer service.

Last year, Rose Oriental Rugs cleaned and "repaired" five oriental rugs for us. Our valuable 9' by 12' Persian rug caught our attention immediately, as some washed-out blue dye had stained one of the borders. A representative said they would remove these stains without cost, but they never followed through. More careful study of this rug shows that one half has brilliant deep reds and bright sky blues; on the other half, the reds are now watermelon hued, and the sky blues are noticeably paler. In summary, a large, valuable rug appears to have been washed improperly, and a promise of follow-up cleaning was not fulfilled..
