I have used Rose Rug for the past 3 years and will continue to use them again.  He is honest, polite, and very knowledgeable about cleaning and repairing antique rugs. 2 times he called and asked for additional time to repair my rugs.  He explained he needs more time to fix them correctly and properly according to his standard.  In one case he said he has to do the work again but not going to charge any additional money. I am glad he did because antique rugs are art collections and the values go up so they need properly fixed to hold their value over time. Overall, I recommend him to everyone.

I had three rugs that were long overdue for a cleaning (one old Persian and two Turkish) and heard that Rose did good work. I called Sam and couldn't be happier with the outcome. He came to our house to pick up the rug and noted that the fringes and binding on our Persian would benefit from repair. His advice was just excellent. When he returned the rugs we couldn't believe how nice they looked! The fringe and binding repairs are just perfect and the colors have never been more vibrant. If you want attentive, expert and first-rate service this is the place to call!

Sam and his staff provided great and professional service. When he returned the rugs, they were amazingly clean! Our barefeet felt so happy walking on them. My oriental rugs got water damage when my house flooded and Rose Oriental Rugs made them look even better than before! The water spots and damage were completely gone and they colors were more vibrant.
Sam, the owner was exceptionally nice and he picked up and dropped off the rugs from my house! To top it off, I had one large rug that was going to be too expensive to clean and after dropping off the other two rugs he insisted in taking the large rug and cleaning it for free! I could not believe it and it really made my week to have such a generous and kind offer. I could not recommend this business more.

Handmade Persian rugs are precious and you cannot just trust them to any rug cleaner. I searched and read the reviews on Rose Oriental Rug Cleaning and decided to trust them with my rug. We have used Rose Rug's services now for 3 of our handmade Persian Rugs and they have always delivered quality service and an affordable price!! We have a dog that has on multiple occasions had pretty nasty accidents on the carpets, that were too big for us to be able to clean. Sam is so quick to respond and picked up our rugs right away, making the process so easy, and has always done such an amazing job of getting the stains and smell out!! He We highly recommend Sam and his services, he is an expert in finer rugs and knows how to properly care and clean them. We will continue sending all of our Persian rugs to be cleaned by Sam!

Sam at ROR is awesome. I had 2 8x10 rugs cleaned and repaired, and they came back perfect. I also ended up buying 7 afghan rugs for my halls and stairs to upgrade from bare wood floors, and they are gorgeous. Sam did the installation too. The price seemed reasonable to me for the rugs although I did no price comparisons. I'm extremely happy with everything.

We got our 10x13 Persian rug cleaned here and they did a wonderful job. The rug pickup was free and they even wrapped it for us for shipping afterwards. Sam was very knowledgeable and educated us on the origin of our rug, how to take care of it and even how to spot signs of moth damage (which we actually had on one side of the rug). He was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, making it a good experience. Thank you so much!

Absolutely superb workmanship. I had two valuable rugs and three ok rugs. They were inspected inch by inch before they were taken away. Assessments were made about the pads, small rips, tattered fringe. Of course, hand washing is essential for rugs of this calibre and Rose's did a beautiful job. one of my rugs had been in the home of a son and his young family. I no longer recognized it after ten years. The restoration of the colors astonished me. AND they pick up and deliver. Very ethical business. THANK YOU, SAM!

This was our first experience with Rose’s and we were very pleased. They operate from a sizeable property in the Elmwood on College Avenue. We had our very large dining room Oriental rug cleaned for the first time in probably 20 years. It looks fantastic! Sam, the proprietor, was able to pick up the rug the same day I called him, and returned it with 48 hours notice. We also purchased a pad. Nice people to deal with, we will use them again.

Thank you for the +5 star treatment from phone estimate, pickup, cleaning and delivery of our 6×9 oriental rug. My daughter's new dog soiled our rug and she tried cleaning it w/ vinegar and water, then baking soda. The urine stain was now totally bleached. Sam said he would do his best, but couldn't guarantee it a 100%. The rug was delivered back to us and it looked like a new rug.
