Gutter cleaning - Did spot check in one area under eaves after they left and found dirt and leaves which I tried to remove on my own; also found one gutter strainer flattened on ground and I had specifically asked them to place the strainers back over downspouts. Looks like they knocked it off and stepped on it.

The A-1 crew are excellent, always on time, always professional and personal and they do an excellent job! I requuest the same crew for the next year and have used them for as for as long as I can remember.

Felipe was simply amazing, this is the best window cleaning we have had in decades; no streaks!! He not only cleaned the windows and screens perfectly but spent extra time on the frames for the sliding windows. Our big picture windows are a pleasure to look through.

Overall a disappointing experience. We were initially charged almost $1000 for move-out cleaning and windows, not including carpets. For a single story 1000 sq ft home that required very minimal cleaning, that seemed very excessive. The invoice was not sent to us until a week after the cleaning, and hours worked and hourly rate were not provided as it was just a lump sum cost which further made us question what we were being charged for. There were also some minor issues with spots they missed and all the window and door screens being left off, then reinstalled backwards. When confronted about these issues, they dropped the price substantially—although still more than I would have liked to pay—which is the only reason I can provide even 3 stars. After our experience, I would not recommend this business.

I am so glad the company I had been using for gutter and window cleaning for 20 years cancelled my scheduled appointment due to the possible ICE raids. When I made an inquiry about what areas were possibly affected, I was given a rude and abrupt response. Soooo, I went to Google and there was A1 with great reviews. Made an appointment first by telephone, which was followed by a detailed email of services, and payment options.
On the day of the schedule appointment Freddie and Aymand(sp)? arrived an hour early, which was great, and expeditiously cleaned my house gutters.
I clean my windows in the Spring and will DEFINITELY be calling A1.

We started using A1 The Clear Choice for window cleaning 25 years ago. We would not use anyone else. Their services have expanded over the years with gutter cleaning, installing gutter guards, and patching roof leaks as well as doing preventive roof maintenance. They also repair and install gutters. I used their house cleaning services earlier this and I was very pleased. Owner Carlos does what he promises. In one word, I would describe A1 as RELIABLE.

Excellent service! Tito was the best--very detailed and careful with my windows, floors, and surrounding furnishings. My windows are now sparkling, and all cobwebs were removed inside and out! Only downside is that this service ($225) is 50% higher than it was a year ago for the same cleaning ($150 in 2023). Still, the $225 was worth it. :)

Hiring these experts to clean your dryer vent is something I strongly suggest. They needed a special long-reach brush to clean our vent pipe since it turned out to be longer than we had anticipated. They took great care to make sure the airflow was just right before they departed. Consistently high-quality work.
