Reviews of local pros in Berkeley, California

Ati was excellent as always. He was thorough, professional, clean, and polite. Alley Cat is a fantastic company and I highly recommend them.

Marioc is a very professional and thorough technician. He addressed my concerns as well as surveying the site himself. he was calm and efficient. Thank you for sending him.

Hugo did a great follow-up visit to find out where the latest mice entered our below crawl space. He found the new hole along our foundation, plugged it, then checked under the house to make sure the hole was plugged. We had a major rodent issue and Alley Cat and their team have done a terrific job, and continue to do so. Mike

My technician was very pleasant and went out of his way to show me before and after photographs and make sure I understood what he did. He seemed to me to be very thorough, working both inside and outside.

Great experience with Alley Cat! They were thorough and were sure to get me the best deal for my needs, without overcharging. All communication was clear and the team was punctual.

Alley Cat is great! Jelder and team showed up on time, and were super efficient taking care of everything. This is our second time using Alley Cat. Both times the experience was excellent. They stand by their work, and will return if there’s any issue. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fredy and crew exceeded my expectations with their thorough sealing of all access points and cleaning up of the mess of chewed wood, feces, urine, and torn up insulation. The crew worked quickly and with professionalism. Over the years we’ve hired other rat exterminators and none of those companies gave me the same confidence the problem would not return. Thanks Alley Cat!

The Alley Cat team was professional, hard working, thorough and stayed in constant communication throughout the day long job. I would highly recommend them. They did rodent removal and rodent proofing, vapor barrier and new ducting. I was disgusted by what came out of underneath the house. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.

Had a follow-up inspection with a technician. It is great to have a technician that has visited my property in the past, as he knew exactly where to go and what to look for. No issues reported and Alley Cat's preventative maintenance is working.

We were very pleased with the follow up of the previous work done. He was on time and professional in his approach to address our concern. We would use him again if needed.

Johnny is exceptional. He iso knowledgeable but able to explain things to the average person. He took away so much of the stress that comes with having rodents in your house and it was all cleaned up and rat-proofed within a few days!

Johny did an amazing job! Very skilled, professional and thoughtful. He built a door for my attic in 2 hours! Cleaned everything up, and it was well done. Highly recommend

Fredy did a thorough job catching a lot of entry points previous guys missed. I appreciate his dedication and experienced eye. Without those, I likely would have needed future revisits.

Christian, Kelvin, and the Alley Cat crew did an excellent job sealing our home's crawl space and roof attic. The team was extremely professional, thorough, neat, and efficient. I would recommend Alley Cat without hesitation.

Three technicians came to close up any openings in our attic and crawl space. They worked very hard and quietly! I guess we’ll know how well it worked after a few weeks, but I feel better already.

Their team came and spent about a half day providing their rodent cleaning and remediation services. The crew was professional and comprehensive. Would be happy to hire them again.

Redos's work was excellent. He was on time, professional, friendly, sowed us what he did, explained his work and what we can expect. Another excellent experience!

Denis was FANTASTIC! Thorough, good natured, hard working; he listened to me carefully, diagnosed the problem and had it solved in no time. Recommend him and Alley Cat with no hesitation, and would choose the business over any other in the East Bay

Great customer service and great warranty! I recommend this company to other people that I come in contact with. I'm glad I finally found somebody reliable and thorough!

Great communication—carefully identified what needed to be done and did it. At conclusion, the foreman, Anibal, reviewed their findings and their approach to address the rat ingress issue. Their photos helped us understand their observations and actions taken. We felt that the price was justified given the high level of service, their professionalism, and the likely outcome—creating a difficult environment for the rats.

Jelder and the Alley Cat team were great. Scheduling and project execution including the clean up were fantastic. The quality service and proactive communication was excellent. I highly recommend Alley Cat for your pest control needs.
