Savish Tree Services, Inc's arborist is phenomenal! I had no idea what a perfectly pruned tree should look like until he was done! My trees were so perfectly manicured and beautiful! A new standard has been set for me! I'll never use anyone else! So very pleased!

Priority Business Services is a joke. I don't normally write reviews but this company is SO bad I feel obligated to write a review to insure you don't waste your time like I have.
When you call they act as though they are the size of General Motors. I scheduled an appointment to get a quote to have an office cleaned, David stopped by our facility, looked it over and said he would get back to me. Three weeks later, after 6 phone calls, never once getting a call back after speaking with Tracy, Bianca and David I finally got an email indicating they can't do the job. We are talking about a building with 4 offices and 4 restrooms that are in relatively good shape, just needed a deep cleaning between tenants.
DON'T waste your time going through the run around I was put through, call a reputable company that at least has the decency to return a phone call.

I had a great experience with KC Power for my roof cleaning. The technician Leo was professional and explain the service to me in a clear manner. The job was done very efficiently. I would recommend KC Power!

They provided details up front of the work they would perform, completed the work on time as specified, and provided a thorough report with before and after pictures. KC Power Clean is a great service provider and I plan to use their services again .

KC Power Clean is a top notch company. From start to finish their communication was responsive and timely. They are also very fair with their pricing. I get gouged by service providers living in the South Bay, but that was not my experience with KC. The second time I used them, I missed the gentleman when he came to my house for the scheduled appointment and they were kind enough to reschedule for the next day. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I had to reschedule 2 times and they were super accommodating to my schedule mishaps. The tech Miguel was early for his appointment time which such a surprise as most of the time I find techs arrive close to the end of the window. Miguel did a great job and immediately after the job, send me a link to show before and after photos. He then walked me around the house to make sure he had cleaned up the mess to my satisfaction. After having a massive pile of mulch removed from my driveway, I was left with deep stains that just wouldn’t budge—no matter what I tried. I went through baking soda, vinegar, Oxiclean, even scrubbing with boiling water, but nothing worked. I reached out to four different companies for quotes, and KC Power Clean offered a competitive price and a professional approach. They were able to remove about 90% of the stain, which was a huge relief! The team was efficient, friendly, and did a fantastic job. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Two gentlemen showed up and were very nice and professional. They cleaned all the gutters on our two story house. I found their quote to be competitive. While they were here, I had them give me a quote for washing the solar panels which we had them do. They sent before and after pics. Was happy and will use them again. The managers communicated well with us throughout the process.

They pressure washed my tile roof and sealed it. Plus they sandblasted peeled paint from the concrete patio and walkway. And they sandblasted the calcium from the tile backsplash of my spa. The workers really worked hard and did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication with them as well.

KC Power is soooo easy to work with and the follow-up is fantastic. Prior to the day of the clean, they kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was perfect. Charles showed up earlier than scheduled so as to get an early start. He worked non-stop the entire day and into the evening stopping only for water/coffee breaks...no lunch!

He was constantly asking me if the job he was doing was to my satisfaction...it was a very big job. He cleaned the roof 2x, then the gutters and then he did the whole outside of the house. Plus he cleaned the awnings and windows. The amount of dirt, pine needles, leaves and other junk was endless. The stone walkways around the house and yard were covered in mud and debris. So of course, he then power washed all the walkways. Also, all the plants/trees around the yard got covered with dirty water and they needed cleaning. At no time did Charles balk at going back over a spot if I thought it needed additional attention. He's an animal at working hard and when it comes to making sure the customer is fully satisfied. He's extremely courteous, respectful and hard working. Great Job Charles.

I had a major problem with overgrown weeds in the joints of my pavers, so I reached out to KC Power Clean after seeing their strong online reviews.

Although there was a small hiccup at the start with the number of workers assigned, the overall experience was excellent. A huge part of that success was thanks to the technician, Gerardo, who went above and beyond.

He removed every weed by hand, power washed the entire area, filled the joints with sand, and applied sealant to finish the job. He also took the time to answer all my questions with patience and professionalism.

I would absolutely recommend KC Power Clean for a job well done!

Start to finish KC Power Clean was pleasant to work with. Claire handled the bidding, Michael was the prep lead tech and Adam and Ivan completed the job. All were professional and kind which created a positive experience. Special shout out to Ivan who made sure i was happy with the final product. Great job everyone!!

Very satisfied with KC power clean. Although sandblasting didn’t work according to plan (our cement was stained) the guys offered another solution to treat and paint our walkway. Initially we had agreed to a budget and even though we had to pivot along the way to get our walkway fixed, they still made sure to honor the budget we had agreed on. We have a pavers in front, driveway and back yard that needing sand blasting due to stains which we tried to remove with no visible results so we reached out to KC Power Cleaning company.
Cole set us up for a sample test to assure us that we were making a great investment on our pavers.
The following day they came and prepped and sealed the surface. The next day Cole called to follow up to ensure results where as we expected and of course they did.
The final result were spectacularly beautiful pavers!
We could not be happier and highly recommend KC Power Clean. As homeowners we are a small customer, to them yet Cole, Kristin and there worker crew treated us with the same respect and attention to detail that a large commercial customer would get. We unhesitatingly recommend KC Power Clean!

The price is very competitive and the service is excellent as promised. The technician, Ivan, is very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job cleaning the roof and window. I also want to add that the office staff and manager are super nice and courteous, which actually helped me make up my mind to use the firm. They truly deserve a 5 stars and I would certainly recommend the firm!
