I called for a gutter cleaning and I am more than impressed with the service provided from start to finish. Jolee was wonderful; she helped me schedule the appointment and she gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone. Our technician, Juan, showed up on time, was polite, and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond in every aspect of the service. I called for a gutter cleaning and ended up having my entire roof washed as well. Not only was my roof spotless, but Juan left my front and back yards nicer than before he arrived. I would 100% recommend Juan and KC Power Clean for their high quality work and great staff/customer service. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Andres the guy that did the job, did an excellent job with our pool.
He was not able to remove all the 20 years of sediment on the tile but he did the best he could.
I was there all the time and he explained the limitations of the sandblasting and if too much he could damage the tile.
We are very happy.
By the way, he need new working boots.

KC Power Clean did an excellent job power-washing our concrete floors and giving it a great glossy sealer coat after. Technician Charm Brittian was punctual, super tidy, very focused and thorough in execution and displayed world-class customer-satisfaction focus. We'll hire their services again.

We recently purchased our new home and it needed a power wash badly. We had a budget but didn’t want to skimp on quality and professionalism. KC Power Clean delivered on all those things and happily discussed our service expectations. We worked with Johan and I am so thankful we did because he was professional, hard working and communicative about the service, their progress, and ensured me he was here to answer to questions I may have. The day of appointment went smoothly and I felt confident seeing the end result. Our house has its own stucco issues but that will take time on our part to fix. Anyways, thank you KC Power Clean, I will keep you in mind for our future power clean needs!

I recently hired KC Power Co. to pressure wash my tile roof, apply sealant, and install a chimney cover. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work.
Pros:
-Quick Estimate: The company provided a detailed estimate quickly after inspecting the roof remotely using GPS mapping, saving time on site visits.
-Quality Workmanship: The pressure washing and sealant application were thorough and left my roof looking like new.
-Chimney Cover Installation: The chimney cover was installed securely and blends well with the roof.
- The technicians cleaned after themselves by pressure washing and getting rid of dirty debris on the walls and ground.
-Reasonable Pricing: The overall cost was competitive and fair for the quality of the work provided. The company granted some good discounts making their quote very attractive
- Excellent and courteous office staff with constant communication with technician and customer.
Cons: Some minor details:
-We didn’t notice that the technicians left my side yard door open without our knowledge for two days after completing the job. Luckily no stranger entered.
- In addition, the garden hose connections from the mains were left disconnected and was not restored to its original state.
Overall:
Despite the minor details, I would highly recommend this company and will hire them again next time!

I used KC power washing clean my balcony that had pet mess from the previous tenants. They did an amazing job. They said it’ll be hard to get the stains off, but they actually got them off so I was very impressed. I would recommend them very great service very friendly customer service highly recommended

These guys saved my brand new patio that was messed up by the concrete company! They were so professand friendly and explained every step of the way. I told them twice to get the sandblaster back out because I saw a couple of spots that I was not happy with and they did not seem annoyed or in stressed at all! Very pleasant to work with! It was not easy finding a company that would come out with sandblasting equipment to remove heavy parking lot paint lines. And only just a few. These guys did not shy away from a small job, they showed up on time, and did excellent work. Correspondence with the office and team were also very smooth.
