Overall a fantastic experience with this company. Patty is kind, patient and honest and was a pleasure to work with throughout the booking process. I initially called to get carpet cleaning done at my parent’s house. Love the results so much I booked a couch cleaning for a few weeks later. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We have used All Points Chem-Dry for our home, and our two rental properties for a number of years, and are repeat customers because the carpet technicians always do a great, long lasting job. With All-Points Chem-Dry the carpets still look clean for many, many months after cleaning.
(Before we started using All Points Chem-Dry, we had tried several other carpet cleaners, and while the carpets did look good for a day or so, within just a week or so they began to look dirty again.)
We will stay with All Points Chem-Dry because of the high quality of service, knowledgeable, respectful carpet technicians, and the long-lasting effects of the cleaning.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He vacuumed all carpets before cleaning which many companies do not do and spot sprayed the spotted portions of the carpet.

Speaking with Patty to set up the appointment was a breeze, she's such a sweetheart. Jesus showed up right on time, knocked out cleaning our 2 bedroom carpets in record time and they look IMMACULATE! I wish I had known it would be this cost effective, fast, and easy! I would have deep cleaned my carpets a long time ago. Will most definitely be using them for next time!
