Always a great experience. They are fast and always do a great job. They cleaned the carpets un the bedrooms as a move out job and they were spotless. There are hardwood floors underneath the carpet which is a concern when using another company. No worries with them.

Bobby cleaned carpets that had been repeatedly peed on by dogs and now they look great! My cream colored couches also look and smell new, too! He was thorough and professional , but very friendly, as well! I would recommend this company!

The whole experience was great from my first call to schedule a visit to Bobby completing the work at our house. ChemDry was not the cheapest, but am convinced they were the best value. Everyone was polite and eager to answer my questions and make certain that when the work was done, I was completely satisfied. I will certainly use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service.

Jose was amazing. I used to use a steamer company but needed different. Techs were alway late and so so. Jose was on time!! Super friendly and did an amazing job. Respectful of my shop and took his time. You have to give them a try and ask for Jose!!

This is the 3rd time in 20 years I used the Chem-Dry franchise, I love the result after the carpet is clean, All Point Chem-Dry came 15 minutes before the scheduled window time, I need the upstairs/staircase carpet clean, and the tiles grout clean. I was extremely happy with the work, they were able to lift some of the dirty spots that I thought was permanent. And the tile/grout cleaning was super, tiles were polished, and grout were clean and sealed. I highly recommend the service, I know you will enjoy the result the way I am. We live in the San Gabriel Valley and have had ChemDry All Points clean our carpets a few times to our complete satisfaction every time. The owner, Patty, sent Bobby (the carpet and tile floor specialist). Bobby explained everything thoroughly and how long to stay off the carpets. He reviewed the quote that Patty gave us over the phone and added on a few additional items we wanted cleaned. We had a final quote in hand before he proceeded with the job. The results were remarkable; he is thorough and there were no missed spots. ChemDry is a very effective cleaning method and won’t leave significant wetness in the carpets. The carpets were dry by the following morning. Pricing is competitive. They are reliable, consistent, and responsive to any call you make to them. They will value you as a long-time customer. You will get your money’s worth. Bobby assured us that if there were any problems after everything dried, they would follow-up. They stand behind their work. BTW: there were no problems afterward and no need to get back to them until the next time we need our carpets cleaned

We were VERY pleased with the results achieved by All Points Chem-Dry. Bobby was punctual and very friendly. He did a thorough job treating spots and focusing on high-traffic areas. The carpet looks great and smells good and it dried within a couple of hours. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden charges. I am so glad our neighbor recommended All Points Chem-Dry! (We used All Points Chem Dry again in 08/2020. They complied with Covid-19 safety protocols and did an outstanding job. Jesse is very professional, cares about his work. He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet throughout the whole house. When he completed, he made sure I was happy before he left. He was early and was kind enough to let me know if he can come earlier than scheduled. This is the only Chem-Dry company I will use.

Excellent service, they were even able to fit us in last minute. Called at 9pm expecting to get a voicemail, but instead Patty called back before we could even leave a message. Technician Jesse showed up the next day, even came earlier then scheduled, which was awesome because it didn't disrupt our teething toddlers nap schedule. Only minor thing was the carpet took longer to dry then expected, but it wasn't a huge deal.

All Points Chem-Dry does a fantastic job. I've been using them for about 15 years now. Friendly and efficient, they always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service at reasonable prices! Patty is really pleasant to talk with over the phone. Bobby — the technician — is also really friendly and extremely patient with my 3 dogs who are the cause of need for carpet cleaning. My carpets have always looked amazing when he's finished. I was 100% impressed with this family owned company. They know their stuff and I felt complete confidence in their expertise. I have two very large wool and silk rugs they had to take to their business to clean. These can shrink if they are not cleaned correctly -- a reason why we'd never had them cleaned.

They came back not only clean but also their original rich color restored and enhancement because of their "color fast" treatment.

Their office is friendly and easy to work with, and they were punctual both in picking the carpets up, and returning them. No waiting past their scheduled window of time.

I HIGHLY recommend them! Only company I'll use going forward.

I had problems with an incontinent older dog, so I needed special attention to my area rugs. All Points Chem-Dry came out, picked up all of my area rugs and took them to their facility to clean them. They came back today, and are clean and great. And my older dog now wears diapers in the house!!! Patty is great to work with and the whole team are polite and really nice.
