I'm pleased with the washing/sealing on my new concrete driveway. It's 3600 sq.ft. and they did and excellent job from start to finish. Also, my experience from my initial phone call to the completed project was smooth and easy. I definitely recommend them!

Our roof had not been cleaned for 30 years! They responded the same day and were at my house a couple of days later. They did such a great job! They made sure they protected by roses and cleaned up the mess. They were also very competitive in pricing - they had the best price! Would highly recommend!

As a homeowner we received a letter from our homeowners insurance company stating they were not going to renew our policy due to a "dirty roof". After calling several other insurance companies and getting outrageous quotes we were at a loss, until we came upon KC Power Clean.

I called KC Power Clean on a Monday, they scheduled me for that Wednesday. They did a PRO job power washing our roof and gave me peace of mind by using extra care for our delicate metal roof and using all of the safety precautions for anyone on a second story roof top. After the job was complete we received all the photos of the clean roof and a letter stating the roof was cleaned and protected in the future for any algae that might present itself. On Friday I submitted the photos and the letter to my insurance company, and by the following Monday we had the insurance company remove the denial of renewal saving us over $3,000 for the next year! WOW!

I am more than pleased with the work that they have done multiple times at my house.
3 times a year, they come and clean my solar, which totally helps me save money on my P.G& E , and in the beginning I didn't realize what a difference it would make. They also pigeon proofed my solar and the little nooks and crannies around my roof.. That in itself is such a blessing. I'm not a big fan of pigeons and the mess they make. They also have removed tough water spots that were on my car, and on the windows on my home. I will definitely be using them for many years to come. They are friendly, affordable and professional. I would refer them to anyone I know.

Their team was very professional and with the biggest power washing equipment that I've ever seen! It sat on a trailer pulled by a full size truck and the pressure that the power wash displaced could have cleaned the entire street! I had oil stains from at least 10 years old to recent leaks caused by a faulty oil pan plug from my BMW X1. Not a problem with their cleaning solution and brush they were able to lift and blast away years of grime, stains and dirt that I thought would be impossible to clean. I'm sold on doing a routine cleaning once or twice a year when needed!

KC Power Washer did a fantastic job On two of my houses!!! They were able to get paint off concrete that we couldn’t remove.

Very pricey and an average job. The two guys sent were really nice but did just an okay job. The side of my home has a dog run with loose dirt/gravel. After they completed that side of the home and stepped off the dog run they left dirt foot prints which should have been power washed off. In addition, not all spots soiled by dog poop were cleaned. I had to go out there and scrub them off, I assumed the power washing would have been able to lift off the stain, which it did not. Lastly, our side fence still shows a green moss buildup on the skinny ledge. When job was completed, they did not communicate that they were done and I did not do a final walkthrough with them as an opportunity to inspect the work and point out what I saw. If this was a less expensive job I would not have expected higher results.

I am so happy with the results! Michael P was my cleaning tech. Michael was very professional, friendly, and he went above and beyond! He did an amazing job. I will definitely rehire the company and Michael for any power cleaning I may need. I highly recommend. I also like how the estimate is detailed of what will be done and what service is included and your deposit is only 10%. Thank You C Power Clean! I attached a before and after of my driveway cleaned. The picture doesn’t do it justice of how good the concrete looks. They got the stains out good.

KC Power Clean gave me a quick estimate over the phone and was able to schedule my roof wash, and get it done in less than a week. Customer service was great over the phone and in-person, and the guys that came to do the work were very respectful of the property, and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be using them again for any of my Power Washing needs.

I was highly impressed with the work KC Power did on my front porch. Before they stepped in, the area was in rough shape, but they completely transformed it. The quality of their work is excellent — no shortcuts, just solid craftsmanship. The gray color I selected from their list matched perfectly and met all my expectations. Great service, highly recommended. We got the sooty exterior of our chimney top cleaned. The whole process was great, easy to make the appointment, clear communication, fast service at a great price. After looking at previous reviews, I knew that they provided excellent quality work. I then spoke with Daniel over the phone to get a quote and an idea of scheduling. At the end of the day, they had an unbeatable price combined with high quality and efficient work from Charles on the day of the cleaning.

Thankfully after appealing and showing the insurance company this great work, they have rescinded the cancelation notice and everything is all set!

Michael from KC Power Cleaners did a phenomenal job sealing our backyard pavers! From start to finish, he made sure we were kept updated on the process and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Had Jesse here to clean all area rugs in my house. Did a fantastic job. Did not rush through and took his time, like that. Good customer service and will definitely be calling again.

Alicia was friendly and professional on the phone. My appt was within 4 days and Alfonso did a fantastic job on my living room, guest bedroom and master bedroom. He is very knowledgeable about carpet in general and gave some great tips on how to keep it in good condition. I will be using All Points Chem Dry on a regular basis and I highly recommend them!

All Points Chem-Dry has cleaned our Speech and Language Center for about a year. They are friendly and scheduling is easy. They always answer their phones or return a call on the same day. Bobby, the technician is friendly and thorough. He is good about moving furniture around to get the carpet cleaned. I highly recommend this company.

All Points Chem-Dry is awesome. We dealt with Robert Rodriguez, and he's really great. We had two emergency flood situations back to back in our home right before Thanksgiving, and he got both jobs (water mitigation/dry-out and repairs) done quickly and thoroughly. He was very easy to communicate with and notified us frequently of the repair status via email, text and phone calls. We appreciated his strong work ethic and would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
