We highly recommend Brea/Orange County Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We needed a fan motor replaced with our air conditioning and two other companies said it could not be done. Daniel was excellent and able to fix our air conditioning. They are also professional, on time and very thorough. Thank you for all you've done.

Office staff Nicole and Maria were so helpful and friendly! Technician Daniel was knowledgeable, informative, and effective. The problem was resolved efficiently. I’ve used this company A LOT over the past several years and they always come through for me.

Michael was excellent. We panicked when our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year, but Brea/Orange County sent Michael the next day and he thoroughly went over our whole system and got it running well again. He was also very courteous and explained everything. We couldn't be happier.

We have used Brea/Orange County plumbing services several times. This time we had three issues that needed repair. Gabriel came out the day we called about what we thought was a slab leak. He was very careful and patient about assessing the leak, before he started ripping up tiles. He had leak detectors come, and fortunately the leak was found in the wall. He fixed it right then. He also helped us assess a leak he found under the sink. He ordered the part and came to back to install that. Today he cleaned out our kitchen drainpipes. Each visit he was friendly, respectful, and very professional. All jobs done promptly and well. Great business office protocols, too.

Just had Robert come and fix my wall heater. I’ve been freezing 🥶 for a couple weeks. Took him a few minutes to find the problem, fixed it and made sure my heater continued to work before he left. Excellent professional service!!! Will continue to use them from now on for all my heating and plumbing needs!!!🥰

Sometimes having a rental has its own challenges, especially if it is older and it has a wall furnace. Lots of plumbing companies say they are "wall heater specialists" but when you dig deeper, what they mean is they will install a heater (or swap out an existing one). Many times what a really person needs is someone who specializes in REPAIRING a wall furnace. .... I was fortunate enough in my search to come across Brea OC Plumbing Heating & A/C - you will be the fortunate one if Robert is your tech! He has a great attention to detail and he makes it his own challenge to figure out why a unit is inoperable if it is not readily apparent (and like in my case, he thinks "outside the box" to remedy wiring challenges). Was happy I didn't have to replace - sometimes older things work just fine as long as parts are clean, serviceable, and all the connections are complete (hmm, sort of like me). I'm sure you will be glad you chose Brea OC Plumbing for your heating repair needs!

We had a leak and Brea Plumbing was able to come out immediately, find and diagnose our problem and fix it the same day! The guys were prompt, professional, calm, and determined to find the source, stop the leak and replace the parts! Could not be more relieved and grateful and all for a fair price! Called to get repair done, was told it wasn't doable, manufacturer takes forever, yadda yadda. They were knowledgeable about the unit, ultimately decided not to proceed with repair for now. However, the two gentlemen that came out were really solid, and I do recommend anyone to use them. Thank you.
