Elias Pena of Monkey Wrench did an exceptional job in repairing my bathtub drain leak. First thing he did was put down a tarp to catch any debris from his work. Second, he diligently cut out the split open cast iron drain pipe using reciprocating saws and similar power tools all the while working over his head in a ceiling cut out one by three feet.Then third he labored tirelessly trimming the wood framing to put in the new ABS plumbing drain line. The drain line was then tested for leaks. As expected—NO leaks. All this work with a smile on his face and an attitude of “I got this.” I have quite a bit of limited construction experience, but was glad Elias Pena of Monkey Wrench was doing this job. If, in the future, I have another plumbing problem beyond my limited abilities, I would not hesitate to give Monkey Wrench a call and specifically ask for Elias Pena.

I have used Monkey Wrench for many years for plumbing and tankless water heater service and each job they did was excellent. But my central heating went out during the coldest week of the year, raining too, and we have a baby! So I needed a reliable company to come fix it as soon as possible, and I remembered that Monkey Wrench also services Heaters.
I called and they gave me a same-day appointment. Ozzy the technician came right away and inspected my furnace. He was very friendly and thorough. He assessed that I needed a new unit, but gave me all the less expensive options to best meet my budget. I decided to go for a new unit. And because Monkey Wrench knew this was an urgent job to take care of, they sent two teams to do the installation that same day. Sovann was the head guy. He was very nice and also professional. And everything went smoothly from beginning to end. He and his 2 teams got the installation of the new heating system done quickly, and we had a warm house for the baby in a few hours.
