Monkey Wrench was a great choice. Easy to book and their office and admin side were very streamlined and efficient. Rick came to my house for my plumbing needs and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He helped me find a solution and also chatting with me about a few quick questions I had about some other plumbing needs for the future. I was very happy I chose them as there are lots of options to chose from in this area. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family in the area.

Really solid service company. Our A/C went out in both branches on the same day. They got someone out to both stores so that parts could be ordered. Excellent communication and correct diagnosis in both situations enabled us to get both systems running the next day. Good process, good people, good results.

I have Brea Orange County Plumbing since 2003. They plumbed a newly installed bathroom and kitchen. They have done two major repairs on our sewer system. They Have worked on four of our properties including our home, a single family home, Our Seal Beach Duplex and a six unit apartment house. The General Manager Franz Jacinto is fair and honest. His plumbers follow suit. They are all hard working, possess good knowledge. They work clean and produce quality results. The plumbers are trusted by us to leaver the door open and let them work independently.

My water heater was 25+ years old and had started to leak. I called Brea Plumbing and Heating and they were out the next day. Very professional and quick!! I will definately use them again!

Very un happy with their service couldn't get my normal heater guy out, called 3,:30 Saturday afternoon, guy finally calls and says he will be there in 10 minutes, 25 minutes later he finally arrives first thing he says it's probably the thermostat. I informed that I just replaced that, he opens it up to check the voltage. And then proceeds to tell me the there pile is shot and that the unit needs to be rebuilt, I informed him that it was just redone
last year, and says it will cost about 800.00 I told him no thanks and he hands me a invoice of $240.00 . My normal heater guy showed today and found a bad wire that got chewed on and had running in 10 minutes.

I've never had a problem with the service done by Brea Plumbing and Heating and I've been using their services now for many many years. I just had them out to my place on a Sunday night for an emergency and they got there and fixed the problem quickly. They then waited and helped me check all my plumping spots to make sure everything was working correctly. Eli, thanks a lot!

My experience with Brea plumbing was great I got the phone call to let me know that the technician was on his way when the technician got here he went straight to work he knew what he was doing he got our unit working no bad attitude came with a good attitude explained that my unit is getting old and I need it start looking to replace it sooner and later explained that my filter was dirty show me a video of what it looks like up in the on the roof excellent job the pricing was great they got their stuff together great customer service.

Don’t waste your time & money with this company! They are unresponsive and have the audacity to charge you a service fee when their technician fails to provide you a quote for the work being needed. We attempted to reach out to them for additional help and no one’s returned our calls. On top of it, their sales associate, Nicole, leaves you threatening voicemails saying they’re going to send you to collections if you don’t pay their service call fee. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

They did an excellent job for me. We had a backup in our lines to the sewer system. I called a plumber and they said there was a blockage somewhere. It was in a part of the lines that I was not responsible for so I had to call my HOA so they could send someone out which seemed to make the original plumber happy as it appeared he didn't want to deal with it My HOA sent another plumber out, who took 24 hours to arrive, who did not have any tools to clear the pipes. Seems like if someone calls about a blocked drain you should maybe bring tools to clear the blockage. They disconnected the pipe and drained the water but did not clear the backup so as soon as we took a shower it was backed up again. I called and asked them to send a different plumber as the original one they sent was worthless. Austin from OC plumbing arrived with a couple of hours and had the blockage cleared in about an hour. He got our water flowing again quickly after two others couldn't or wouldn't after about 36 hours of not being able to use water because of the backup and poor service from others. I would recommend them for plumbing services from this experience.

Had a leak in my bathroom that showed no evidence other than the sound of running water in the attic. Had one company try to find it with no luck! Called Brea Orange County next day. They were here in less than 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed in about 20 minutes and replaced the leaking pipe, cleaned up and left! Thanks Gabriel!!

We are pleased with the job that was done. the technician Marcio was very careful, professional and meticulous in his process, he took his time to install the water heater even though it was a rainy day. Everything was done with a care and good result. We are please with the outcome and surely will recommend and use this company again. Thank you.

The call center that sets appointments was the best part of the experience and it went downhill. I was provided a quote of basic maintenance of 15 15-point inspections. The appointment was in time. Michael Salcedo was dispatched. This individual opened the air conditioning unit, and checked for bubbles and gaps. I agreed to add freon r-22 (2lbs). The cover was placed on the unit and through the slots, the cleaning was performed. This is incorrect procedure. This was completed on August 21 2023. I paid a whopping $603.35. I have called multiple times, to get an itemized invoice of all the inspections they promised so i have a record. No answer. The owner seems to be getting the messages but very puzzled as to why he does not respond and do the needful. This was a referral from Avis Heating and Airconditioning, who installed my central heat and air. They no longer serve my area. I will never respect or give business to this firm.

Franz and his team do a wonderful job. I have used them for plumbing and A/C repairs. They do honest work for a fair and honest price. They were recommended to me by both a realtor friend, and the maintenance supervisor at my church. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use their services.

We had a spot on our bathroom wall that indicated a leak. It was not easily accessible, but Gage got to it without much trouble. As it turned out, neither he nor we could find a leak. He did what he could, suggested we leave the wall open for a while, and keep an eye on it. Before he left the service call, he returned a floor-to-ceiling shelf to its original place (I moved it out), which he did not have to do. The call was prompt and courteous!

Austin from Brea/Orange County Plumbing arrived within two hours of my call for a backed up drain. He was courteous and took care of the problem quickly. I've used this company before and I'll use them again.
