Monkey Wrench was excellent! Work quality was superb and everything was done on a timely basis. Communication with the office and technicians were clear. Ruben Maeta was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assess the situation and make the appropriate recommendations for the replacement and repairs needed. Ruben and his team installed 2 tankless water units, 1 for hot water and 1 for a radiant heating system into a 70 year old home. I wish I knew about Monkey Wrench and Ruben 25 years ago!!!

I called Monkey Wrench plumbing for leaking pipe at outside spigot. There was a $49 fee that was applied to work. Tony arrived right on time, was friendly & professional. Gave me price up front & did the work. He even adjusted my Flume that was not connecting. Thank you so much Tony!

My techs today were Luis Castillo and Eli. I could not have been more pleased with both of them. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were provided multiple options to resolve a tankless water heater issue. There was no high pressure sale feeling. It was like having a friend come over to help you out (except I usually pay my friends with beer and food). I will be using their services in the future guaranteed!

We have used many service firms, including the national and heavily marketed firms, Monkey Wrench was by far the best. Other shops made recommendations that were completely unnecessary, would have not resolved the issues and cost $$$.

Rick Aguirre and Jose Zaragoza. I don't know where to start. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had in dealing with a professional trade. I live with and take care of my 90 year old dad, whose birthday is tomorrow. His tankless water heater died and I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing and they were out within the hour. Rick and Jose arrived and they were so nice, so professional and they were very clear in their discussion with me and my dad. My dad is an old school guy who built this house that he and mom raised the 5 of us in (mom died a decade ago) and dad loves this house. After a discussion in which Rick and Jose answered questions and talked about the pros and cons of replacing versus fixing, dad went with replacing the unit (it was old) and Jose did an amazing job. Before I moved back home to take care of dad, I had rental properties and have dealt with many trades over the decades and these two were by far, the best trade - not only plumbing - I've ever dealt with and I will be using them for all my plumbing AND HVAC jobs. I can't thank you two for being such nice people, so professional and you did everything you said you were going to do. Thank you Jose for a fantastic job well done! Thank you Rick for being sweet to my dad and answering our questions. And thank you to Monkey Wrench for hiring two outstanding gentlemen! And an added note, since my dad built the house, dad likes to participate in work around the house "helping" and Jose included him into his work and talked with him the whole time he was working and made him feel like he was part of the action. Dad turns 91 tomorrow and when I talked to him later in the evening, he said it was a such great birthday!!! We have a nice celebration planned for his birthday this week with the whole family but I haven't seen him smile like that in a long time. You really made his day and you did with such kindness. We hired Monkey Wrench to help replacing our old water heater tank to a tankless. It was a great experience from getting the quote to actually seeing it done in a day. Joaquin Monreal was our guy for the job and he was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, worked an almost 12 hour day, and did our new pipes super clean and pretty. It’s a blessing to have a type A person working on your home improvement projects, most people nowadays just don’t care enough. We were absolutely lucky to have Joaquin working on our project. Would recommend him to anyone.

Mason the plumber came in, after 2nd time to fix the small leak on my tankless water heater. Mason did excellent job addressing the issue and stop the leak.
