We just had the best experience we’ve ever had with a plumbing service! Blake was the one who came to assist us and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all the questions we had with no problem. He was able to diagnose what was wrong with our water heater and install a brand new on in a matter of a couple hours! We were very happy with his customer service and our overall experience! We highly recommend this company.

Graham Plumbing was excellent. We live in La Mirada and had an emergency issue with our water heater and no hot water. We tried everything to light the pilot and troubleshoot it on our own but nothing worked. We found Graham Plumbing with great reviews on Nextdooor.com so we called them and they sent Steven out in a couple hours. He was excellent. He contacted the manufacturer and found out our water heater was still under warranty. He ordered the part for us and had it shipped to our house. Steven was able to get the water heater going until the part arrived. We are giving Graham Plumbing and Steven an excellent review and we will refer them to all of our friends and neighbors.

Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning's tankless water heater service was very bad, the technician was unprofessional and unskilled. You should not call this company for water heater service.

I got a tankless water heater that was broken, and I called them. When the technician came, the first thing he did was blame me for the heater being old and not being serviced regularly. I described the symptom to him and he knew what the symptom was, then he opened the heater cover to check and tried everything in the heater, but nothing was working. Then he logged in online forum to search for a clue, and he stated " I know the fact that your gas flow was slow, that is the heater does not burn water, so you need to fix your gas regulator", I asked him how you knew gas flow was slow, he answered " because I feel by my thump".

Finally, he recommended replacing the whole heater, I agreed with him because my heater was too old, more than 10 years old. So he quoted the replacement service for me, and I ordered the whole service through his company, including the new tankless water heater. The next two days, he didn't come as scheduled to replace the heater. I called him and he stated that the new heater did not fit. OGM, he came, he looked, he collected the old heater's info and model, he took photos of the heater, and now he blamed the new heater for not fitting.

I was trying to be patient because I wanted to get back the hot water for my home. So I asked him to re-quote with another new heater that was equivalent to the old one, and he told me he would send me the quote and reschedule to install it next week. However, he never did respond to me the re-quote and communicate with my request.

This technician was unskilled, choppy, and unreliable.

This tankless water heater service with Graham Plumbing and Drain Cleaning was an unexpected, bad, and uncomfortable experience for me. So you should never choose this company for your water heater service.

By the way, the company charged me $195.00 WITHOUT fixing or telling me the problem of the heater

I had a very good experience with Graham Plumbing. Julio came out to install a water regulator. He was kind and took the time to explain how the regulator worked. Did a great job assembling it. I will definitely use Graham Plumbing again.

We used Graham Plumbing twice for dish washer installation, dryer gas valve replacement, and shower valve repair, and they had the lowest price out of 5 plumbing places I quoted from, and they were on top of communication before coming to the job and showed up on time and finished the job very well. All the work was done professionally. This was the best plumbing service I’ve experienced. From now on, I’ll be using Graham Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Our technicians were Nolan and Julio, and they were very polite and professional.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Nolan at Graham Plumbing. I needed a new gas valve thermostat installed on my water heater and the person I spoke with on the phone was able to get someone out the same day. He was even early! Nolan was polite, honest, and upfront about everything he was doing while he worked. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. Afterward, he explained in detail what the problem was, how he installed the new part, cleaned up, and left the area spotless.
I was extra impressed because he took the time to do a small thing like screw my garden hose spray nozzle back to the end of the hose after using it to drain the heater. Not everyone takes the time for small details like that!

I am a Real Estate Broker and I needed a plumber to close two separate transactions a court order sale and a trust sale. Both clients/ sellers live outside the state. I called my database to find the plumbers I knew were not available or did not service the area where the properties were located. I called several contractors and one of them recommended Graham Plumbing. I called and spoke to Steve, Steve was very courteous and was able to drive to the properties and provide a quote the same day I called. The jobs were completed with 48 hours after the quote. My clients were happy with the prices Graham Plumbing offered and the work that was completed. I was happy I was able to deliver and get done what needed to be done under the circumstances in order for my clients to move on. I am very grateful I was able to work with Graham Plumbing they made my life easier.
