Richard went above and beyond to resolve my AC problem. The problem took two trips since the initial issue was caused by a deeper problem in the wiring going to the AC unit. He made sure it was resolved because a heat wave was coming the same week. Great service!

The plumbing work by Jacob through Pipeline has always been top quality, which makes our recent HVAC experience even more disappointing.

After spending over $5000 for plumbing repairs this year with Pipeline, we started having problems with our blower motor and needed to replace it. When calling to schedule an appointment, there was no mention of a $96 diagnostic fee. Further, there was no mention that the $96 diagnostic fee would NOT be applied to the total cost of the repair job.

Honesty is important in the repair business, and being upfront about fees seems like the easiest way to avoid misunderstandings. It struck us as odd that it would not be applied to the cost of the job, but it was the lack of upfront honesty that bothered us.

We did not proceed with the HVAC repair. Three other nearby companies provided repair estimates that were over $100 less for the same blower motor replacement. The other companies also mentioned upfront their diagnostic fee policy and whether it would be applied to the repair job.

Richard is the owner and HVAC technician they send out for estimates. Remarkably, he was very rude to my wife when she asked any questions about the details of the estimated repairs. This was in total contrast to their plumbing technician Jacob, and was surprising to say the least.

Thanks to Yelp we were able to find another HVAC business owner that was more polite and honest about repair costs.

Richard and just about anyone on his team is such a trustworthy and noble person; I feel so comfortable working with Pipeline. They accommodated to my hectic schedule and was able to fix the problem I had. Would definitely recommend anyone from Pipeline.

Over 30 years with two, complete A/C installations with service from four outfits and, finally, I encountered a level of service unrivaled in my experience. Pipeline provided perfectionist-grade installation of new refrigerant lines and relocation of my A/C unit, shortening the line length and greatly increasing the efficiency of my system. Every aspect of the company is highly professional, from the warm and welcoming phone manners of the office staff and the knowledgeable, friendly, helpful technicians to the advanced quality of the equipment used on my job. I called to have a new kitchen faucet installed and a new water purifier added while they were there they also hooked up my ice maker for me.

Both John and Richard are great plumbers. They're patient to listen to customer concerns and very quick to resolve any plumbing issue. Their work is top notch as well. So nice to find and work with reputable plumbers. Great company!

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They take a long time to complete projects with little to no communication. They do not monitor or clean their projects spaces as shown in images attached. This is in an apartment complex building with children and elderly people. Power tools and regular tools are un-maned and unwatched. They also leave buckets of dirt and trails of dirt indoor overnight and do not clean up after themselves. Staff is not kind or helpful and projects are not appropriately staffed.

Technician was on time. He got the work done in timely manner. I got a fair estimate, really competitive pricing. I call in the afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. I have been with this company for 7-8 years now and they are my go to plumbers.

Chris arrived on time and assessed and diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience. Will use them again.

Shandy and his team (Ezekiel and Mario) were excellent. They did a wonderful job repiping my entire house and adding a Halo water filtration system in just two and a half days. They worked the entire time and were able to finish the original work plus some extra due to added services I requested in less than the estimated time of the original work. I recommend them for all pipe/plumbing services!

Had them replace our faucet in laundry room. Zack was professional and started the repair right away. Furthermore, he tested it for leaks and any other issues. Would recommend SoCal plumbing for future repairs.

They showed up ahead of schedule, communicated very well, offered a cost-effective solution to the problem and overall provided terrific service. Would happily call them again!

The water heater making loud rumbling noises and there was a slow leak late in the afternoon. I saw a lot of referrals for SoCal Plumbing. They picked up my call late in the evening and I was able to schedule something for first thing in the morning. The person on the phone also provided instructions to stop the noise and prevent more damage to the water heater. They came out, provided a free estimate and quickly fixed the leak at a really reasonable price. I would highly recommend them and would use their service again if needed!

Wow. Responsive and fairly priced. Mikey came promptly, was super courteous, and showed me exactly what he was doing. He even adjusted the price when the problem turned out to be easier than expected. Top notch!!
