They were quick, efficient, clean (we are dealing with pipes!), and took care of it so fast. I felt like for the value of cost it couldn’t be better. We had a plumbing emergency - a blown emergency shut off valve in the master closet. Alex was sent out and he was great. He arrived in the specified window, and had our home put back together in just a few hours. While expensive due to it being an emergency call, pricing was transparent. Highly recommend!

Pablo showed up on time and he took care of all our issues. He cleared our shower drain and replaced the valve on our toilet. Now the shower drains and our toilet no longer leaks! Western Rooter and Pablo are great!

The most recent service I got was a gas valve replacement. I'd had my old gas stove for over 20 years. It was time for an upgrade, but the old valve was outdated. I called Western Rooter on a Tuesday morning, and a team came out and installed a new valve within a few hours.

I also appreciate that whenever Western sends a team out for a job, they always leave the work site clean and remove any packaging or other items used.

Western quoted me $1100 to replace a cracked piece of ABS. It's less than $20 in parts and glue. And the labor couldn't be easier, very easy access. Another license plumber did it for $250. Exactly the same method that Western quoted me for.

Careful which plumber you use. Some will take advantage of you and overcharge you!

Christian was faced with undoing/fixing an install for a new faucet that was partially performed by another service provider in my area. It was a complete mess up and took time and effort to undo. Christian was knowledgeable, very professional, and accommodating. I will be sure to work with him going forward. Everything was fixed perfectly and my new faucet works well!

We were having a small leak under our kitchen sink. James came out and performed an assessment of the problem. Based on his findings, he advised that we needed to replace the old faucet since there was a lot of corrosion at the connection. He did not charge us for the service call which we really appreciated! We will definitely call Western Rooter and James again once we purchase our new faucet. Also, communication with making the appointment and text messages confirming and notifying me when he was on the way was excellent!

Called on Saturday for "easy" drain clean. Turns out to be serious sewer clean out. Discovered plugged sewer line needing clean out and 40 ft of epoxy liner. Service tech came same day and cleared line to allow drain flow. This allowed me to use the bathroom for one day and set up clean out for the next day.Jairo and crew were very professional. Two days total for major repair.

We had an issue with a refrigerator installation, where the delivery guy said he wouldn't install it unless the angle stop was replaced. Sooo, I needed to call a plumber. They came within the HOUR to help us. James inspected it, and said that it was a little tight but otherwise just fine to continue with installation with the existing angle stop. Other places might have swindled us and replaced it anyway to make money. But James was very honest, very knowledgeable, and professional and nice. My sister called me on a Saturday night panicked, the sewer was backed up from a diaper "accidentally" going down a toilet (lol). She had another company come out and tell her that there were serious bigger issues that would require a very expensive repair. Daniel was amazing, very helpful, and answered all our questions. Made us feel very comfortable and resolved our shower and toilet drain very quickly. We had another company come before that Made a big deal and tried to sell us something for thousands of dollars. Then we called Western Rooters and Daniel came out and fixed it in less than 20 minutes saving us thousands. And they did it on Christmas Eve, which was perfect because we were hosting that day. The guys at Western Rooter did a great job installing a new water service at our house. They were thorough and very efficient, and had the right amount of labor to turn the work around in a day. This included digging a 50+ foot trench and back filling the same. I felt the price of the job was a solid value as well. I am pleased with the service I received from Western Plumbing. The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and secured the sink opening to prevent water intrusion, which was my main concern. He was knowledgeable and explained not only the fix, but how I could easily replace the part myself if needed in the future. We have used Western Rooter and Plumbing many times n the past. That we called them again shows our level of confidence. They outdid themselves again. Alex came out to inspect our water filtration system. Last Tuesday, after consultation, we agreed to replace the 23year old system with an upgraded HALO system. Alex returned with system today. We immediately noticed the new faucet was chrome and we have brushed nickel. Alex jumped on the phone, found brushed nickel, drove to get it and installed it. Very impressed that his first concern was that my wife was happy when he was done. Another excellent job done.
