Jesus and Kevin were very helpful. We called them at 4pm on a Friday evening for an emergency clog and they were gracious enough to come to our home and help us fix the issue. They also provided extra information for preventative measures that we will definitely take into account in the near future. We were very glad we found them online and they were available to provide us with great services!

Needed the kitchen sink unclogged. Called at 9:30. Had someone here by 11:30. Job was done by 12:30. Technician was named Jesus. He was friendly and professional. Explained everything in a very easy to understand way. Can’t say enough nice things about him.

Awesome. The tech Chris came out and assessed the situation. The tech was more than able to fix and replace the necessary equipment to get everything running. He went above and beyond to get approval for higher quality equipment for repair. Definitely, make sure you call them for any plumbing issues.

I want to thank Jesus Garrido for coming out as soon as possible and helping me out with my drain that was backing up. He was very honest, and every information given to me was very detailed. Jesus was awesome. We had a clogged kitchen sink and a leaky pipe, he was able to resolve the issue for us after a quick troubleshoot. He was friendly and professional, gave lots of good advice, and went above and beyond for us. We paid 195 for the service.

Manuel was extremely personable and professional. He provided a thorough explanation of the work being performed. He respected our home (with booties) and time. I appreciate the excellent service and making sure all thoroughly drained well before leaving. His positive attitude, especially on the day before Thanksgiving was refreshing. Manuel clearly loves his job. 😊 Give him any employee recognition you conduct for employees. He deserves it!

Rudy Alcala from the Rooter Company was prompt and arrived only 15 minutes after I called to schedule the appointment. He was courteous, polite, and efficient. The slow draining toilet was quickly snaked out and running perfectly in less than 10 minutes. His service charge was competitive and reasonable and I would recommend him and his company without reservation.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. The employees were very professional and respectful, and what stood out the most was their communication. They took the time to explain what the issue was, why it happened, and exactly how they were going to fix it before starting the work.

Highly recommend! Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to get a quote very quickly and they were able to do the repair the next day. I had some clogging issues in my bathrooms sinks and they fixed the issue. They were very transparent and honest about what repair was needed and the cost for doing the repair. They even suggested some additional maintenance that I will be doing at a later date to keep my home in good shape. I will definitely be using them again.

I recommend this company so much! I had an excellent experience with this Jahson from start to finish. He was on time, professional, and maintained perfect communication prior to do any work. These guys are in my words HEROS , my property manager called them to my house to unclog my 2 toilets and showers they find out where the problem at and started working non stop they did not even take lunch , there respectful and kind and they all speak English thank God , they brought there equipment and a big Team came out I was so relieved that they started working on the main lines that fast , there organized they know what the job is all about , you can ask them a question and they have the answer there strait forward ( I will always use there service they deserve a million stars thank you guys so much.

I highly recommend Rooter Company for the plumbing service. The bathroom’s sink at my house was clogged and after calling around, Rooter company was very helpful to come out on the same day to check. Within two hours after calling, Jesus came and did the diagnosis. Jesus is very professional and honest. He not only helped unclog but also tried to investigate the root cause. His work is definitely above and beyond expectation. I am very appreciated with the service and how fast they responded. I will have them on my contact for plumbing issue from now 😊.

Could not recommend more! First our service technicians Kevin and Rudy knew exactly what needed to be done. They put a camera through our main sewer line and acknowledged the root of the problem. They quoted us fairly for the replacement of a pipe and jet service. They came back full swing with four other men to replace an old lead/cast iron pipe with ABS piping to ensure no reoccurring issues. I am sure all their techs are awesome, but Armando and Enrique were the absolute best. Great guys, super clean and knowledgeable. They replaced the pipes in a matter of hours. Vinny their field coordinator was super responsive and communicative, even jumped in when needed.

We cannot recommend The Rooter Company ENOUGH!!! They truly went above and beyond, and all within a single day! Thank you Rooter Company, we will only be using your services for all our plumbing needs!
