Was lure by their $65 special to unclog drain.I was told repair will cost $550 at a minimum and $3,500 to do it correctly. I showed them clean out but said it is too small they don’t want to do it that way. Another plumber showed up and use the clean out… problem solved. This is like a car dealership approach… let me talk to my manager crap … be careful folks

Rudy did a great job cleaining out my main drain lin e from the house to the street sewer. They came quickly and got the job dones quickly. I highly recommend them for cleaning out your main line.

We had an unexpected event this Sunday, memorial weekend. Shower would not shut off, I contacted rooter company and within a few minutes we had an appointment set up. We hit a snag due to it being really late and they didn’t have the cartridge on hand. The water was shut off to shower and we were the next days priority. Lukas was able to come in replace the cartridge and was done within the hour. They were quick to response, took care when entering the house and work was done clean and efficiently. We will be definitely be using rooter company for any other unexpected plumbing concerns.

Called at night and thinking that I would have to stay up and wait a long time but Silvano the service tech was here promptly! He very knowledgeable and fixed my water heater. We have hot water again! Great experience and service. I highly recommend!

We met with Dominic and Clemente to go over our option. I let them know that at present, I’m doing price and service hunting. We also met with two other companies on the same day and these gentlemen were the only ones who too their time ti educate us on the different things that our house needs to make sure our kids are safe. We haven’t chosen any company yet as we’re still doing our research but these gentlemen were really helpful in helping us make our choices and I greatly appreciate their helpfulness and honesty.
