I received the best service in town!
The technician, Chris, did an excellent job cleaning my tankless water heater. Now, the hot water on the third floor heats up faster and stays consistent.
Since this is an annual service, the $185 was well worth it.

One of the technicians came out to inspect a leak at my property, but he did not perform any meaningful diagnostics. He didn’t open or close anything, didn’t use any instruments, and simply walked around briefly before telling me I needed to replace my main sewer line. He immediately quoted me a five-figure price for the work.

It honestly felt more like a sales pitch than a proper inspection. There was no real effort made to identify the actual source of the problem.

Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another plumber. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue and determined that the leak was not related to the main sewer line at all — it was coming from my sprinklers. He resolved the problem for $75.

I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to any quote this place gives

He successfully cleared the obstruction, thoroughly tested the pipe flow afterward to ensure everything was working properly, and cleaned up before leaving.
