ETA was prompt, courtesy call received in a timely manner.. plumber was courteous yet for whatever reasons he did not use a cutter when putting the snake down the cleanout line and though he did get it clear temporarily nothing came out with the snake when he pulled his line back up of course there was no cutter used That was yesterday at 3:00 p.m. Now here it is 12:10 p.m. and my line is backed up again and I almost didn't get a plumber today as well keep in mind the call was on a Sunday to begin with which is $250.. plumber did suggest using a camera but I've been here for over 50 years never needed a camera just attach your cutter on your snake and get the job done.. Now I'm going to lose money from work cuz I have to wait on a plumber again..

Recommended for sure! I've have these guys do my yearly maintenance on my tankless water heater and other plumbing needs. They always come through and get the job done.

I have been using Western for quite a few years now. Water heater, shower cartridge replacement, kitchen sink replumb, multiple angle stop replacement, drain cleaning, toilet tank rebuilds, gas valves, etc.. Extensive work is currently in the planning stages but CJ and Mitch have added many good ideas and recommendations already. I am very much looking forward to making progress and using their creativity to solve many of the problems with the house.

The staffs are courteous, on time, explained in detail their proposed work and cost estimate. They replaced the water valve for both hot and code waterline quickly and left the place clean.

we have used Western Rooter & Plumbing a couple of times now and they provided good service each time.The latest time we used them was for fixing dish washer leaking. The technician was professional, polite and helpful.

Charlie is the best and so his son , very conscientious and they walk you through the process of what needs be done.. Very reasonable and affordable, couldn’t say enough. Heard what i thought was the ice maker in the frig. Then i realized that the sound was coming from under the kitchen sink. That when i could hear the sound of spraying water. Not good. I called 5 plumbers to see if they could come to my house and fix the leak. Only Western Rooter was available to help my situation . Stopped by, took a look at the problem. Gave me an estimate to fix the problem

They came the morning I called luckily because our hot water heater was turned off because of a gas leak. Very personable and competent plumbers - identified the parts we needed, went out and got them and fixed the problem that morning.

They were here within a couple hours of my call. And Chuck the plumber.
Was as trustworthy as one could expect. The work they did was completed.And I am happy to say we now have hot water.

I called to get an estimate for sewer line replacement with a trench less line. The gentleman that came to do the estimate were very nice and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend Western Rooter. Thank you

Tankless water heater flush and a tub faucet leak service. I like the way I was able to get an appointment right away and it fit my schedule. The work was professionally done and communications on what was needed and pricing was excellent.

Western Rooter and Plumbing is my new plumbing company. Had a major re-pipe for our house and Tony/Cesar’s crew came through big time. They came at 9:00 and did not leave until the job was complete. I will recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services!

Carlos and his crew did an exceptional job, they saved us from a difficult situation. Our refrigerator delivery guys refused to hook up our new unit as there is no valve set up for the ice maker as the water line is coming from the crawling space. We have been using Western for a number of times, so we called. Carlos came, and he did a thorough assessment and fix the problem perfectly. More important, we ended up realizing that the new fridge couldn't fit the cabinet space. We thought the game was going to be over, but Carlos saved us again. he and the other worker managed to carve the wood and expand the the cabinet space (he was even thoughtful of the cosmetic part!) to fit the fridge. We are very happy and satisfied with the services.

Unsure of pricing. Did little comparison because they were recommended highly by my regular plumber who was unequipped to do the job. What I do know is that the crew earned every bit of their salary. From the moment they arrived till the end of their day, they worked tirelessly, professionally and remained very pleasant. So in this regard, I got a great day’s work for my investment!

Appointment was scheduled with a 2 hour window for arrival, which was perfect and arrival was within window.
Homer was fantastic in explaining the problem and what needed to be addressed (shower valve cartridge). He suggested ordering the part directly from manufacturer and they will return to install once I had the part
