Several months back we had Ryan of Western Rooter install a Halo Whole House water filter system. It had been working great until we had some electrical work done on our house. My wife noticed calcium building up on our shower door. I check the system, it was not on and it would not turn on. I called Western Rooter, and Ryan came out to check the system. Turns out that it just needed a hard reset. We have used Western Rooter on a number of plumbing projects and we are very happy with their service and technicians. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need because they are very professional and do an amazing job for a fair price.

Western Rooter is excellent! Carlos gave me a great quote to put in a new copper water main and pressure regulator and he explained everything really well. He came promptly when he was scheduled, finished the work quickly and thoroughly, explaining everything along the way. The work was good and he was friendly and helpful.
The office was helpful in explaining the financing options and sending me links.
I highly recommend this company.

My mother initially believed her water heater was about 30 years old and needed to be replaced, but it turned out it simply needed the pilot light relit. The technician was very patient and took the time to show her how to relight the pilot herself. He was professional, courteous, and didn’t charge any service fee for the visit. Had a major sewer line repair/replacement completed by WR yesterday and couldn't have been more pleased. Alberto Sr and Jr, along with their team completed the work professionally and in one day. The job was not small but felt well taken care of, from the beginning explaining everything thoroughly to even the office staff working with me (thank you Susan) to day of where at one point we had 11 plumbers here working efficiently and with precision. This isn't just a company of experienced and knowledgeable plumbers, they're also genuinely good people. Thank you very much.

Very classic not showing up case. First he said he’d be more than happy to help and agreed to meet at 3:00pm. At 3:05 calls and tells me that he cant come until next morning.

Have had the opportunity to work alongside these guys multiple times and I can't even begin to describe the quality of work and just how much pride they take in their work.. these guys are awesome with competitive pricing and always get the job done right.. Called orange coast Plumbing out for several issues, spoked to joe in the office, he went over all of the details and issues that might be happening. Technician showed up solved all my problems would highly recommend this company painless.

Although the price I paid was rather high for my budget, I can't say enough about Dominic the plumber, he was kind, efficient and did an awesome job. He has a great attitude.

09/21/17 I was driving south bound on the 57 north of the 60 around midnight when I noticed someone driving with the HI BEAMS on for no reason at all and speeding then a white chevy van started tailgating me and blinding me with their lights "apparently 70 mph is way too slow for the driver" we came to a detour and had to take surface streets "construction on the freeway" the driver still wouldn't back off or turn his hi beams off we hop back on the freeway and about a mile later he passes me up "my speed again at 70 mph" I notice oc plumbing decal and gets all over another car ......... It seems they do good work from what the reviews say but driving like that, not caring if he rear ends someone or blinds someone and causes an accident NOT GOOD!!!!!! SORRY OC PLUMBING

After the holidays and having the whole family over my sink decided to back up... so the first people I saw I called and I couldn't have been happier! OC plumbing sent their technician Nano out who came and evaluated the problem and within what felt like minutes the drain was back open and I was able to finish doing my dishes.. these guys will be number 1 on my list for a while!!

Lou from OC pluming was a god sent! He was so humble and I've delt with a few plumbers in my day and he was one set apart from the rest! He was on time and quick to get the job done! I will be recommending theses guys to everyone I know! Thanks again Lou!! 👍🏻👍🏻

I called OC Plumbing knowing that rains were coming and my area drains hadn't been cleaned out in years. Not only did they do a great job on my place but I also sent them to my sisters house to help repair her area drains as well.. and now thanks to OC Plumbing my backyard is draining properly! No more lakes at my house!

We were in a pickle. We changed the flooring in the bathroom and all of a sudden the toilet could not be replaced. We called OC plumbing and Morgan came the next day. He worked all day to fix the issue. He was very professional and knew what to do. I called OC plumbing because my mother had had a good experience in Costa Mesa. I live in Aliso Viejo and also had a good experience.

I live in Fullerton and ALLof our house drains were slow or backed up so I called OC Plumbing and the nice operator took all my info. and within a few minutes Kevin Glazier returned my call. I explained I had family coming in for the holidays and he was able to prioritize my need and offered to get out there ASAP. He actually came out himself with his crew and they were able to get everything opened and cleared. He suggested we line the main because of my homes age and all the roots so when the time comes he will be called for that as well. I appreciated his honesty and his attention to detail and clean up. Kevin even went as far as calling a few days later to check the work and make sure my family and the holidays were perfect. Thank you Kevin and OC Plumbing.

I worked with OC Plumbing on sewer lining at my home in Brea and was really pleased with how quickly they were able to resolve my issues. Overall the experience was great and the pricing was affordable. If you are looking for a plumber in orange county, don't hesitate to give OC plumbing a call!

Above all experiences I have had with plumbing services, I’ve never been more pleased with OC plumbing. Not only was their work exceptional, their customer care was extraordinary. Oscar and Nano were very attentive and took their time in helping me understand what needed to be done and why, because I myself am not knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing of any kind; maybe with the exception of how to use a plunger. Above all, they didn’t try to take advantage of me to make a buck, though it took some shopping around for me to understand what the “norm” or average charge was for problems like snaking a drain. They’re definitely comparable, if not more reasonable, than most of who I spoke to, and I called several.

With that being said, I can genuinely and confidently say that OC Plumbing is the total package when it comes to expectations; however, they’ve proven to exceed mine. I hope to never have to call you guys again, because who really wants plumbing issues, but if I do you guys with be my go to. Without hesitation. Thanks again!

Nolan and Josh did my slab leak repair at my apartment. They were straight to the point, fixed the issue and ran every test. They were very helpful and answered all the questions I had, and even explained everything to me. Definitely recommend these guys.
