The tech that came was pleasant but was not able to finish the job. We were charged $295 but the job was not completed. We won’t be using this plumbing service again.

We were having toilet issues and initially called another plumbing company that had been referred to us. They told us our main pipe was broken and said we’d need to tear up our floors at an outrageous price.

Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Graham. They were able to come out the same day, even though we were their last stop, and they were so kind and professional. After running a camera inspection, they confirmed our main pipe was NOT broken. The relief I felt knowing these guys had the integrity to tell us the truth was incredible.

They got our toilets working properly and recommended only the fixes we actually needed at a fair, reasonable price. I can’t thank this team enough. Nick and Steven are awesome!

We are a commercial establishment with constant plumbing needs due to our dated infrastructure and high volume use. We’ve used numerous plumbing companies with mostly barely adequate response times, high rates and inconsistency in quality of resolution. Not so with Graham Plumbing. To date, we have received, personal, professional, timely response by well prepared and courteous problem solvers. We’ve even had them make more affordable suggestions that we would have never known to ask about. And most recently they offered to be the intermediary in an equipment installation that we couldn’t get resolved. Their prices are truly reasonable and you can trust their people and their processes.

I’ve used Graham Plumbing a number of times. They really are the best. Today Daniel was our technician and we’ve also had Julio too. Not only were both of them professional and hard working but the company’s pricing is fair and the receptionist is super friendly too. Highly recommend.

Grahams came out on the weekend. We had family over all day.That's probably why the toilet backed up. They're responsive and transparent about the timeframe. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them.

Hard working. Completely trustworthy. Empathetic. I have used Graham plumbing for years. So when we moved to a new home they were my first call when a leak appeared. I also had them do a complete repipe and water filtration system. The guys are the best. Always doing above and beyond what is necessary. No attitude and no unnecessary upselling. My new home is all fixed and I feel such a comfort knowing it has been fixed by Graham.

Working with daniel was great, he initially came by to help with a gas line valve and to check out a leak. He went above and beyond and went through the rest of the house and bathrooms to potentially identify any problems. Did not try to upsell anything but did have some suggestions and gave advice on maintenance.

I am ever grateful I was able to find this team. With an aging home, I had multiple issues come up over a short span of time and compared to every other service provider that I called in the past, Graham Plumbing was the only company that thoroughly assessed and found solutions to resolve my home's plumbing issues. Robert and Victor have saved us multiple times and their quality of work is top notch! I highly recommend these guys for anyone in need of plumbing services!

Our plumber arrived on time, correctly, diagnosed our issue and was able to get the manufacturer to replace parts under warranty. I felt like the job was done correctly (hot water again!), and he was very helpful with answering questions.

Danny was our technician. We needed an estimate. Danny was thorough, specific & helpful in answering alll our questions. We asked for an estimate & pictures(we got 14). There was no pressure to go forward unlike so many others. I would highly recommend Graham Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

My hot water heater went out yesterday and this morning I called them and they were able to put a new one in.just a few hours later!! Graham has wonderful service and the technician, Vincent, knew what he was doing and he was really great! I would highly recommend them as they were an excellent company to do business with. Also, Kate, the company representative was absolutely wonderful!!

Have been calling them out for a few years now whenever I have any plumbing needs. No matter who they send out I’ve always been met with courtesy and professionalism. They always have options always work to help the customer and I have never experienced them try to up-sale me on anything. They tell me what they can do, what needs to be done and also optional extras that can make the project better. Just had Sean out to take care of some work and was impressed by his work ethic and professionalism. He went above and beyond to not only complete the job, but to make sure whatever steps he did that I was informed and approved. Graham plumbing is a fantastic option for anyone needing work done.

I live in San Diego, my elderly in-laws in Diamond Bar so I relied on Yelp to help me find a plumber in their area. I randomly selected Graham Plumbing off the internet based on Yelp reviews and I could not have been happier with the selection. Graham Plumbing helped every step on the was from the initial phone call booking the appointment with Reagan to having Robert come to my in-laws to fix a leak. I specifically asked that Robert speak with me directly and not my in-laws regarding the leak and he did. He was on the phone with me constantly. Updating me and keeping me in the loop with every step of the process. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Done deal? No! I ended up having to call Graham Plumbing again over the holiday weekend speaking directly with Kate on several occasions. My in-laws, had a separate plumbing issue that I was discussing with Kate. She was happy to help schedule Robert, at my request to go out to my in-laws today Monday December 1 to fix the second issue and again requested Robert discuss problems with me directly which I am sure he will.

I highly highly recommend Graham Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Five stars isn't enough for them as far as I am concerned. Every person I encountered and spoke with was polite professional, courteous and very accommodating. You will not be disappointed with their service. Only downside is, I wish they had an office in the San Diego area

I've used the Graham Plumbing services for the past 8 years for all my plumbing issues and have never been disappointed. This time I had a major clog affecting my shower, sink and toilet. They quickly discovered the where and why it was clogged and clearly explained the process of the necessary descaling and hydro jetting of that main line as well as the risk when dealing with 70 year old pipes. The work was successful and I'll continue to use and recommend Graham Plumbing. Job well done!

I am very happy with the work done today by Graham Plumbing! They were prompt, professional and they were honest in their pricing. Robert called to let me know when he would arrive. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors and kept me up to date on the whole project. He also offered some suggestions for other plumbing work. I am so glad I used this company and I will book them again for my plumbing projects.

I have used Graham Plumbing twice now. They're employees are respectful and get right to work. This time they cleaned up the maze of pipes that were under my sink and installed my faucet. Now I know I can install the faucet myself but with the maze and sizes of my pipes I felt, if something should go wrong, I would not have the right tools to fix it.

Thank you Sean! My range is no longer sticking out . I had recently upgraded my range due to the last one breaking but unfortunately the gas line behind the stove was actually protruding and didn't allow the new range to fit properly. It was sticking out about 5-6 inches and looked around to find a reputable plumber to help us out. I contacted a few and many of them told me they didn't do residential work or anything "small". Randomly I was on Nextdoor and asked if anyone knew any good plumbers and 12/20 responded with Graham Plumbing so I figured I'd give them a shot.

Right away Reagan set me up with an appointment and even if we had to reschedule I really appreciate that she left multiple voicemails to get to me. On Monday I had Sean come look at the site and see what could be done and right away he told me what would be the best solution. He first checked the water pressure, smart meter and water heater to see that everything was running fine. He then noted a few problems and gave me different options for what he could do. It was nice to know that Sean was quick at pointing out things that our home inspector had told us to repair in our home report. So I knew that Sean was the real deal and wasn't just trying to get us to add more unnecessary projects to the gig. I appreciated the different cost effective options but I opted for the best one, which included everything that we planned to get repaired anyway. It was nice to just get it all done in one full swoop than to have to do it in parts.

Sean was very pleasant and took the time to care for our appliances, cabinets and furniture. He also took the time to explain the process and steps as he went. He also showed me what I needed to do when the gas line shut off due to the earthquake shut-off valve and it was nice to know I could explain it to my husband afterwards. He cleaned up and left the place spotless too.

Overall, my experience and impression was pretty positive and I know I will 100% contact them again for any other updates or issues. Thank you so much. Prices were also really fair and reasonable considering all the work that was done.
